Precision Air na poor customer service

Nimetumia Precisionair mara moja tuu kwenda Nairobi na kurudi. Wakati wa kurudi takeoff ilitakiwa saa 11.30 jioni lakini tukawekwa hadi saa 6.45 usiku!
nilitembea maduka ja Jomo Kenyatta nikiyamaliza na kupiga story na wafagiaji...wakaniambia Precision ndo zao hizo.Imagine hadi floor clearners wa airport wanajua how PW is messy.Never flying Precision again.
 
kweli kabisa, ila precision mna PhD ya kuvura ratiba zenu wenyewe. Yaani huduma zenu hovyo kama za daladala za kwenda Mbagala na Gongo la Mboto ambako unaweza kukata daladala linakatisha ruti, kisa dereva kapigiwa simu na demu wake aliyemwambia hani nimekimiss


Naona Bujibuji unaona tatizo la Usafiri hapa Dar ni Gmboto tu,hii ni issue ya Dar nzima!!
Yaani tangu yule hawara wako wa Gmboto akumwage basi hakuna zuri Gongo la Mboto,ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!
 
opinions are like noses, everyone has one. I said that to say this, it is normally easy to say/comment on something if you have no in depth details about it.
If someone with experience in airline industry, I would like to hear from them.
If you are just a mere passenger, i would advise get to know about the industry then come up with something logical to talk and argue about.
It is no different hearing a doctor arguing with an architect especially in the discipline of architectures or vice versa.
Guys, there are lots of stuff entailing this industry. Unless you are really conversant with it, reserve your comments.
The company is only trying to grow. it is furthermore a local company. Why not supporting it?
