    Hivi hii ndege inaoperate kwa uchafu kiasi hiki! sijaamini watu wanapewa boarding pass wanaachwa! nimejionea mwanza pana uchafu uliokithiri! inawezekana vipi mfanyakazi anatoka dirishani anakuja nje anakusanya tiketi za watu mikononi halafu wale waliompa rushwa anawachukua anabakiza tiketi zenye majina ambayo hawajamuhonga? wanakatisha tiketi kwa gharama kubwa halafu wanaoperate kama mabasi ya mbagala! shirika linajifanya lina selfhandling lakini kinachofanyika ni masrahi binafsi ya wafanyakazi wanaotumia system weak za shirika za kuoverbook kugandamiza abiria hivi Tanzania tutafika?

    Nakumbuka kipindi cha easter watu wakati tunatoak mwanza kwenda dar ilikua ijumaa kuu afternoon flight, sikua nimebook precision, nilikua nimebook 540 ila mda wa kuondoka watu kadhaa waliokua pale wakaachwa eti ndege imejaa wakaambiwa walichelewa ku check in wakati haikua kweli kwani walikua wamefika 1hr before flight, ni mstari ukakatwa tu wakaambiwa nyie mtaondoka kesho asbui yaani jumamosi, ilishangaza nadhan kumbe ndio mchezo wao, watapigwa bao na 540 mda c mrefu!

    Hakuna usimamizi system imeoza! aliyefanya huu uchafu pale counter jana tuliambiwa ndio supervisor! yani anareflect management mbovu ya shirika zima!alianza kujibizana na watu wenye hasira za kuachwa pale bila kutumia akili hata awaache wavent out hasira zao zikitulia ndo aongee ***** wao wa kupeleka watu mahotelini kulala wakati watu wana kazi za muhimu kufanya kesho yake zenye dead line! supervisor ndie aliyetoka dirishani na kukusanya tiketi mkononi mwake kuingiza watu aliotaka yeye! what a ****!

    Mkuu afadhali mstari umekatwa utalalamikia shirika na system mbovu! mana kama wamekata wa mbele wameondoka utaendelea kulalamika bado kwamba kwanini umeachwa na ulikuwa na confirmation! lakini pale zinakusnywa tiket mkononi na wanaondoka waliokuwa nyuma? hata kipofu atagombana! binafsi sipandi tena hii ndege! najua saivi hawajali kelele za watu wanaona wana watu wengi lakini naamini hakuna marefu yasiyo na ncha pale tuliokuwepo ni wengi wameshatupoteza na kwa kuwa si mara ya kwanza watakuwa wamepoteza wa kutosha! at the end of the day mwisho wao utakuja tu!

    hiyo ndio kawaida ya airport ya mwanza na haswa kwa ndege ya mwisho , mi mwenyewe mwaka 2008 ilinitoka 10000 kwa ajiri ya b/pass tu .
    jamani hebu tubadilike kwa tabia hizi hata kije chama toka mbinguni hakuna kitakacho badilika tuwe wazarendo wenye udailifu

    This is really sad news. When there is lack of competition in the industry these type of gabbage are likely to appear. Tunahitaji competition kwenye hili soko ili kuwe na automatic behaviour change.

    Exactly my point too! seriously competition inahitajika for now definately i will b running to 540! and we need mamlaka ya kutoa leseni iweke vigezo ambavyo viwe na strictly follow up sio kuweka sheria tu! mana si sisi tu tunasafiri wenzetu wa nje wakifika hapa wanajionea maajabu! niliwaonea huruma siku ile walikuwa wanakimbizwa kwenye vioffice vyao fake pale mpaka wamekuwa wekundu! yani kwanini sisi tu ndo tunakuwa watu wa kutoperfect!

    Hizi ni hatari zingine ambazo watanzania mpaka tupate matatizo ndo tunastuka! ndege inaondoka na uzito ambao haueleweki kitu ambacho ni hatari sana kwa ndege! tunarudi kulekule. . no supervision at all! na siku hiyo walikuwa waondoke na mabag ya waliowaacha walikuwa on transt ambapo kisheria huruhusiwi kuondoka na mzigo wa mtu aliyebaki! tuliwapigia kelele na walioachwa waligoma kuidentfy mizigo yao wakaanza kuhaha! baada ya kuona tuliokuwepo tulikuwa tunaelewa issues zinatakiwa ziende vp!
