Plot to Kill Vladmir Putin Thwarted

Ukranian security services have confirmed to have thwarted a plot to kill prime minister Vladmir Putin, Russian Newas Agency Ria Novosti said. One ofthe detained plotters Ilya Pyanzin admitted plotting the assassination to Ria Novosti and confirmed that he was hired by Chechen separatist leader Doku Umarov.
