    Pweza 1 Kilo
    Mafuta ½ kikombe
    Chumvi 1 kijiko cha chai
    Tangawizi mbichi iliyosagwa 1 kijiko cha chai
    Thomu iliyosagwa 1 kijiko cha chai
    Masala ukipenda 1 kijiko cha supu

    Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika

    Osha pweza kisha mkatekate
    Mtie viungo vyote ulotayarisha na chumvi
    Muache nusu saaa akolee viungo
    Mtie ndani ya sufuria bila maji mfunike kisha weka jikoni, atatumbuka maji mwenyewe kwa moto wa kiasi paka awe rangi ya damu yam zee (maroon)
    Akishawiva kwa rangi hiyo basi sasa mwaga maji yote,chukua pweza pekee weka kwenye bakuli au sahani
    Weka karai au kikaango (frying pan) motoni tia mafuta acha kwa muda wa dakika tano hivi mafuta yapate moto.
    Mimina pweza kwenye karai aacha wakaangike paka wabadilike ukiwageuza geuza kila baada ya muda wa dakika kumi hivi. Pweza tayari kwa kuliwa kwa ugali, bagia, kacholi au muhogo

    napenda mno vyakula bahari, pweza, ngisi prawns, crabs etc na viwe vya kuchemsha na viungo vichache
