    • Binzari ya pilau nzima...................... 1 Kijiko cha chakula
    • Binzari ya pilau.................................½ kijiko cha chai
    • Pilipili manga nzima......................... ½ kijiko cha chai
    • Karafuu nzima................................. 8
    • Iliki nzima......................................... 6
    • Mdalasini nzima................................. 5 Vijiti
    • Pilipili mbichi iliyosagwa...................... 2
    • Chumvi............................................. Kiasi
    • Mafuta ya kupikia...............................¼ Kikombe

    Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika:
    1. Osha mchele na roweka kwa muda kutegemea na aina ya mchele.
    2. Kata kuku vipande upendavyo, safisha kisha mchemshe kwa chumvi, pilipili iliyosagwa, thomu na tangawizi.
    3. Akiwiva kuku, mtoe weka kando, bakisha supu katika sufuria.
    4. Katika sufuria, kaanga vitunguu hadi vigeuke rangu ya hudhurungi.
    5. Tia thomu na tangawizi na binzari zote kaanga kidogo
    6. Kisha tia viazi kanga kidogo kisha tia kisha tia vipande vyako vya kuku na supu acha ichemke kidogo kisha tia maji ukisie kutokana na mchele unaotumia.
    7. Mwisho tia mchele koroga uchanganye na vitu vyote acha ichemke kiasi kisha funika na punguza moto mpaka uive (huku ukiugeuzageuza)
    8. Ukishakuwa tayari pakua kwenye sahani tayari kwa kula na salad na pilipili.
