Lonestriker you seem to know the words but you miss their meaning!

Civilisation demands one to respect other peoples sensitivities; Raila is a goliath on the larger Kenyan political landscape with a huge following accross the country unlike Miguna boy, a mere minion trying to make a name via a cheap smere campaign being bankrolled by Raila's political opponents.

What goes around; always comes around! Raila's supporters and sympathisers are not a bunch of nuns; if he keeps at it; Mombasa has cast the dye; it gonna get tight, hot and rough for him. He has been warned.

To sum up or to put it in simple terms, you are trying to justify the
1.The illegal and uncivilized invasion/trespassing of others property as seen here.
2.Miguna has been denied an opportunity to exercise his freedom of expression
3.Mob injustice is justice enough

Those goons should be investigated and charged in court, what they did was unconstitutional and illegal, that mob could have easily killed Miguna Miguna. In as much as I have supported Raila for a very long time, his staunch supporters are tarnishing his good name, the intolerant mobs that are always associated with Raila will be his downfall, watch this space.

Sema bro...good to hear from you on this matter.

I have a different take though...why doesn't the damn police arrest these people?
The man is on TV and pictures for crying out loud!...I just don't get with that right there.
Even when Sonko was marching in town with his goons damaging peoples property and
acting in a manner likely to disturb the peace...they didn't even arrest him.

The only guy I have seen them rightfully arrest is that Waititu guy. Huyu alikua naye
amezidi kichaa alafu nasikia he wants to be the Governor of Jiji! Please don't let that
happen coz it will be a spectacle to behold.

So tell the police to do their work and I believe we will have none of these shenanigans.

Whats good AB,

Kenyan police are known to be easily swayed and influenced by our politicians, arrests are not made where needed and selective justice has been a norm for a while now. whether or not the goon was arrested, the cases against him will not stick.. the police will conduct shoddy investigations and take shity statements that wont be enough to charge the culprit. So in this case, Miguna barked up the wrong tree, whether or not he was paid to defame Raila, he will be harassed by people who have been paid to cause chaos, using a sledge hammer to crack a nut. Miguna has the right to go and assemble anywhere he pleases within the country, the people who pay thugs to harass and intimidate their perceived enemies should be arrested.

Miguna is a funny man.

Hakunichekesha kama alivyohadithia jinsi Raila alivyolia kama mtoto ati "Please save me from Kibaki"

Inadhihirisha uncivilized behaviour of a certain tribe in Kenya...Museveni alikuwa right kabisa kuwaita alivyowaita. This is man worshipping of Raila, resorting to violence kwa sababu unapingana na mtu...kabla ya urais Raila anafaa kulifundisha kabila lake some manners. To add salt to the injury ni kama media za kenya are trying to justifying this nonsense while claiming they have the best constitution in the world. If someone's property has been invaded and one has been roughed and stopped from exercising his freedom of expression what is the point of having a Bill of rights in the constitution?

Lonestriker freedom expression is not a ticket to allege issues that have no proof, this is the case to Nape who has raised allegations against chadema that are hard for him to proove.

Miguna was always by the side of Raila why has he stayed for such a long time without saying "the truth" especially during investigation carried out by ocampo. To my understanging this is an afterthought after seeing that the rejected stone is about to become a conner stone in which he himself will have to bow and the only option to against it, is to prevent raila from becoming a conner stone.

Mkuu ZeMarcopolo,

sidhani kama jamaa ana Plan B...hii nd'o ilikua hamsini yake na his '15 minutes' of fame are up.

Unajua Kenya kuna msemo kua ukitaka ujiko wa namna yoyote au kupanda chati, basi mpige
Raila vita!...nd'o choo cha kike alichoingia huyu bwana.

Unakumbuka kauli yake alipofanya uzinduzi wa kitabu chake?..eti "Come baby come."...:eek2:

and indeed museveni was right to speak against this people. ODM is claiming they are reforming, but its clearly shown they are fighting against what they are reforming. Even after passing the new constitution that clearly expresses an individual's bill of rights, someone is roughed up for holding opposing views.

Youth rough up Miguna in Mombasa

By MWAKERA MWAJEFA, Nation Reporter

Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga advisor Miguna Miguna was confronted by rowdy youth during a promotional tour of his controversial book at the Castle Royal Hotel in Mombasa County.

Trouble broke out when the youth demanded to know who was funding him to scuttle Mr Odinga's quest for the presidency in the next General Election.

Mr Miguna, who was addressing would-be buyers of his book, Peeling Back the Mask: A Quest for Justice in Kenya, found himself cornered when enraged youth accosted him with blows and kicks.

In the ensue melee, Mr Miguna lost his trademark cap and a shoe as he wrestled with the attackers.

However, quick action by hotel security and six police managed to throw the rowdy youths out before locking entry points to the premises.

As the crowd swelled outside the hotel on the busy Moi Avenue, anti-riot police led by Kipkemoi Rop took charge and with the assistance of flying squad officers whisked the besieged author out of the hotel.

When told pole (sorry) by a journalist, Mr Miguna shouted back "Aluta continua the struggle is still on," before entering a flying squad car that zoomed off closely followed by another escort vehicle.

Earlier, Mr Miguna had criticised the PM saying he lacked the leadership qualities to be the next president.

He said Mr Odinga had failed to rein in corruption in his office, which "was infested with corrupt individuals".

Briefing the media, Mr Rop expressed satisfaction they had done their operation without resorting to force or tear-gassing the unruly mob.
