Mzee hizo articles ni kwenye manufaa ya mwandishi na peers wake tu. Hivyo hata mtu awe nazo milioni,mtanzania mkulima na mfugaji ambae hana access nazo,hazina tija kwake.

Doctor of Canon Law (Latin: Juris Canonici Doctor; J.C.D.) is the doctoral-level terminal degree in the studies of canon law of the Roman Catholic Church.

Either of the degrees is recommended for those who serve as vicar general or episcopal vicar in a diocese. Candidates for bishop must either possess the doctorate in canon law or the doctorate in sacred theology or be truly expert in one of those fields. Canonical advocates must possess the doctorate or be truly expert.
The Roman Church has the oldest continuously used homogenous legal system in the world. Following the Gregorian Reform's emphasis oncanon law, bishops formed cathedral schools to train the clergy in canon law. Consequently, many of the medieval universities of Europe founded faculties of canon law (e.g., Cambridge and Oxford). Nafikiri hapa penye red panatoa mwanga kwa wale wanaofikiri elimu inayotolewa na kanisa ina manufaa kwa kanisa tu. Na hapa ndipo wakatoliki wanapowapiga bao watu wa madhehebu na dini nyingine. Watumishi wao (mapadri na maaskofu) wanapewa elimu inayowapa "competitive advantage" hata nje ya kanisa.

Leo hii muweke Kardinali pengo na Sheikh Simba kwenye negotiation table uone simba atakavyokimbizwa mchakamchaka na elimu yake ya madrasa. Si ajabu kwanini serikali ilisaini MOU na kanisa (what do you expect when pimps negotiate with smart people??).

Na kwa taarifa yenu, vijana wanaochukuliwa kujiunga na seminary kuanzia form one, huwa ni wale vijana wenye akili kali kwelikweli; mimi nimesoma seminary, darasani kwetu tulipoanza form one, karibu kila moja alikuwa amepangiwa "special school" kama vile Ilboru, Mzumbe, Kibaha etc baada ya mtihani wake wa darasa la saba,(Ikimaanisha kuwa ni vijana wenye "vipaji maalum") akaacha huko akaja seminary. Na hao wameendelea, wengine ni mapadre sasa, na sie wengine tulioingia "duniani" tunaelekea kugonga PhD zetu kwenye top schools za "huku duniani".

Hivi mtu kama Mnyika (my O'level school mate) angeamua kuendelea na maisha yale akawa padri siku moja, halafu ndio kanisa linamtuma ku-negotiate MOU na watu kama akina Lukuvi, Nchimbi, Sophia Simba, au hata Mk.were mwenyewe.......Ungetegemea nini????

Ndugu zangu, hao wanaodharau elimu inayotolea na kanisa waacheni na ujinga wao maana hapo ndipo tunapowapiga BAO.
