    Msaada wana JF, nina tatizo la mgongo, kila nikaa chini zaidi ya masaa mawili mgongo unaniuma na wakati mwingine nahisi mgongo na kiuno vina moto. Hii inapelekea mpaka shingo na koo vinauma.

    Niliwahi kusoma sehemu fulani kuwa ponyeto inaleta maumivu ya mgongo, na mimi nimewahi kupiga sana nyeto kwa kuangalia dirty movies. Tena nilikuwa napiga huku nimekaa chini kavukavu. Je hii inaweza kuwa sababu.

    Ni nini nifanye sasa, maana nimeenda kwa wataalamu hapa Muhimbili bila mafanikio zaidi ya kuniambia kuwa fanya mazoezi, hata ofisini inakuwa tabu kama nina kazi nyingi siku hiyo. Mke wangu anajaribu kunifanyia massage sometimes.

    You need to get enough rest, sleep well straight, don't sit continuosly for than 30 minutes. Just stand up stretch a bit and sit again or visit the tea room or kitchen or file or cabinet. If you need to talk to you friend in the same office just walk into his or her office just to ensure that you don't sit for a long time.
    Do not attempt hard exercises. You can walk instead of jogging. A walk of 30minutes a dau for 5 days in week will help improve while no much energy lost or tendons strains.

    Pole sana. Kama muhimbili hujafanikiwa, tafuta maoni hospital nyingine. Otherwise inawezekana ni ergonomic problem( kuhusiana na vifaa vya kazi/mazingira unayoishi). Kuiweka simple, pengine unakuwa affected na posture yako au kiti unachokalia ofisini. pia godoro unalotumia, spring matress au yale magumu ndo mazuri kwa mgongo. Sikushauri kuendelea na massage ya mamsapu, kwani inawezekana ikaendeleza uharibifu.

    *** maumivu ya mgongo yanaweza kukuacha kwa kufanya mazoezi hata ya kutembea au kukimbia kwa mwendo wa wastani walau mara moja kwa siku kwa muda wa dkk 45. Kuhusu koo, weka kinywa chako safi kwa kupiga mswaki mara 2 kwa siku (angalau: asbh na jioni kabla ya kulala, pia tumia 'mouth wash')

Unapomega najua wengi wenu mkigusa tu teyari mnamaliza gemu ndani ya dkk 2! Basi jitahidi kuendelea na goli la pili kwani utakuwa unatafuta kwa muda usiopungua dkk 35-40 na kwa hali hiyo mgongo wako utanyooka tu!

    Nami sina la kuongeza, zaidi ya kwamba ninavyojua ukikaa muda bila kufanya mapenzi, basi inafika kipindi ukiinama kidogo tu kama kufua basi kiuno kinakuwa kinauma, na tiba yake ni kufanya mazoezi ili ile nguvu ya kiume cha ziada kitumike na ipungue mwilini. Japo uache njaa yako kama jina lako, ndio linakuponza, hata mkeo hakushibishi!

    Bra Njaa umemwambia mkeo lakini kuwa ulikuwa unapunyeka sana nyakati za nyuma kabla ya kuishi pamoja isije kuwa anafanya massage akijua uliteguka kwenye mpira?

    Hahahahaaa! Unaogopa jamaa atakupa ushauri hasi siyo? Tukirudi kwenye mada, sidhani kama penzi binafsi lina side effect kama hiyo bali cha muhimu jitahidi kufanya mazoezi ya mgongo. Pia kitu unachukuwa unakitumia ofisini kakwo kinaweza kuwa kinachangia mgongo kuuma hivyo jaribu kubadilisha mazingira ya ukaaji wako. Halikadhalika uwe unajipa mapumziko ya mara kwa mara kama kusimama na kunyoosha nyoosha mgongo ili uusaidiie kurilaksi unapokuwa ofisini.

    Ni hayo tu Kaka..
