It is plainly obvious that the African can really not run a state worth anything. Apart from a few exceptions, most of Africa is a diseases ridden destitute place run by thieves, goons and favouratism as well as fiefs.
Take TANZANIA for an example. This country has been independent for 50years, highly favoured by investors, but it still a verry verry poor country however we posses alot of natural resources like Land, mineral e.t.c..this country has to be fed every year by foreign government and organizations, Kenya and Uganda had the same GDP per capita as Tanzania in 1963, now Kenya has a per capita income above $ 800, while Tanzania has a per capita income of below &600.
I suggest that we get rid of this policatical class and invite a foreign to occupy us and run our institutions until we are potty trained....If this take 50yrs so be it....at least no more hunger and poverty...
