Yeye inampasa atoe uamuzi wake mwenyewe.

Kenyans may know the contents of the Justice Phillip Waki's envelope in the next 14 days.

Justice Minister Mutula Kilonzo said Kenya was entering into "a landmark period" with the ICC Chief prosecutor's take up of the Kenyan situation.

Moreno Ocampo is expected in the country in December.

Mr Mutula spoke as the German Government expressed optimism Kenya will co-operate when the names are made public and hand over the suspects with the greatest responsibility to the ICC.

German ambassador to Kenya Margit Hellwig-Boette said she was confident the Government would cooperate with the ICC.

    Strong case

Last week, Moreno Ocampo said he has a strong case against a number of people for crimes committed during post-poll violence. Mutula said Moreno Ocampo had assured the world Kenya would be made an example on the prosecution of cases.

"When Ocampo starts his work, we will know the contents of the envelope," said Mutula as he opened an international Justice Radio Workshop on the role of journalists in restoring lasting peace through proper reporting.

ICC is the only way to steer Kenya away from the garden path. The talk about the local tribunal is just a take in to woodwink the international community into believing that justice will be done but it is just a farce. No wonder the AU does not support the ICC because most of AU leaders know that is where they belong; ICC
