Kama una mba (dandruff), tumia shampoo ya palmolive yenye chupa ya bluu. This is good for afro hair, haina harufu sana and works perfectly. And it is amazingly cheap, sijui wanaweka mafuta ya transfoma?

Wella shampoo na conditioner kama unaweza kupata. It did wonders to my Fro a couple of years back.

Au hata Head and Shoulders. . . muhimu usioshe na shampoo tu basi, jitahidi kuwa na condition kwasababu inasaidia kulainisha nywele badala ya kuziacha ziwe kama katani.

    Interesting topic.

Ni kweli inategemea aina ya nywele zako, your diet and other things.
Pia what might work for one person's hair might not necessarily do the same for yours.

That been said, I personally hardly use shampoo. I get good results from regular deep conditioning, moisturizing, and sealing.
If you feel that you really need to use shampoo (let's say you have had product built up or a chemical treatment), then I would suggest that you look for sulphate free poos. Otherwise, you'll run the risk of stripping your hair off its natural oils and exposing it to the elements.

I've become pretty anal about hair since I went natural but see what works for you.
