    Nyumba ya vyumba vitatu inapangishwa mbezi juu ya Tanki Bovu.Gharama kwa mwezi ni Tsh 250,000. Ipo ndani ya fensi.Kwa mtu ambaye yupo serious anaitaji nyumba ni PM.

    Hiyo kwa mwezi umeandika tu. Ukweli ni kwamba utataka kodi kwa mwaka 3,000,000/=.
    Sheria ya nchi inasema kodi ya pango la nyumba ilipwe kwa mwezi (tena ambao mpangaji amekwisha kaa), nyie mnachukua ya mwaka (tena ulioko mbele ya kipindi ambacho mtu hajaishi kwenye nyumba). Matokeo yake mnawafanya watu wasiwe waaminifu makazini kwao.
    Mjue tunapoendelea kutafuta mzizi hasa wa ongezeko la vitendo vya rushwa, ninyi wenye nyumba na tamaa zenu hamkwepi lawama katika hili.

    Gharama ya nyumba iliyowekwa ni kwa mwezi Tsh 250,000 lakini mwenye nyumba anakubali hata kodi ya miezi 6. Huo ndio utaratibu uliopo kwenye upangaji wa nyumba. Kodi inatokana na mwenye nyumba anavyoona na maslai yake.

    Ndugu Waridi; kumbuka kwamba serikali inauza viwanja na inataka ilipwe 10 million ndani ya siku 14 achilia mbali gharama za ujenzi zilivyo juu na mikopo ya mabenki. Sio rahisi kupata nyumba ya tsh 250,000 ukalipa kodi mwezi kwa mwezi labda kama unahitaji nyumba ya mwezi kwa mwezi zipo Masaki na kodi ni kuanzia $2000.

    Mkuu usiwalaumu wenye nyumba. Utaratibu wa kulipa kwa mwezi ulikuwepo, kutokana na usumbufu na wenye nyumba wengi kupigwa dandana na wapangaji ndio ukaja utaratibu wa kulipa kwa mwaka au nusu mwaka. hata Ulaya kuna utaratibu wa kuweka bond pesa ya mwezi mmoja, ili kusecure revenue za mwenye nyumba. wapangaji wangekuwa waaminifu basi wenye nyumba wasingekuwa wanachukua mwaka mzima.
