    Ntajitahidi niweke picha haraka iwezekanavyo kwasababu zitakuonyesha kila kitu kinavyotakiwa kufanyika na namna gani vionekane which is quite important.

    Mlo wa watu wanne (4)

    Mahitaji
    Nyama ya ng'ombe 1/2 kg
    Cream ya kupikia 1.5 - 2.5 dl /maziwa
    Uyoga kiasi upendacho
    Hoho 1- 3....mimi hua natumia rangi tatu tofauti (Nyekundu, kijani na njano).
    Kitunguu kimoja kikubwa
    Soy sauce kijiko kidogo 1
    Food coloring
    Pilipili manga (black pepper) au white pepper iliyosagwa
    Oregan
    Basil
    Chumvi
    Mafuta ya maji au siagi
    Maji ya kutosha
    Maandalizi

    Katakata nyama yako vipande vidogo vidogo na viungo vingine vyote baada ya kuviosha.

    Andaa frying pan yako na sufuria itakayotosha kuchemsha kila kitu pamoja. Ukimaliza nyunyuzia chumvi na pilipili manga (nusu kijiko cha chai of each) kwenye nyama yako kwa kuisambaza.

    Hatua inayofuata ni kuunguza nyama yako kidogo hivyo weka frying pan na mafuta kidogo jikoni mpaka vitakapopata moto. Vikishapata moto weka nusu ya nyama yako kwenye frying pan na ugeuze haraka haraka. Haitakiwi kutoa maji, inatakiwa iungue tu juu hivyo usije ukaweka kabla mafuta hayajapata moto vizuri. Baada ya dakika 3 weka nyama yako kwenye sufuria uliyoandaa mapema kisha urudishe kikaangio chako jikoni. Chukua maji nusu kikombe uweke kwenye kikaangio kikiwa jikoni iwe kama unakiosha vile. Hayo maji yakianza kuchemka changanya na ile nyama iliyopo kwenye sufuria. Rudia hatua hizo hizo kukaanga ile iliyobakia.

    Ukimaliza kaanga vitunguu, hoho, uyoga "mbalimbali" mpaka vitakapoanza kulainika kisha changanya na nyama.
    Baada ya hapo weka maji vikombe 4-6 vya chai, weka chumvi kidogo, funika na uweke motoni. Acha ichemke kwa dakika 40 - 50 mpaka utakapoona maji yaliyobaki hayazidi theluthi moja (1/3) ya kiasi ulichoweka mwanzo.

    Weka cream (ni nzuri zaidi kwasababu itafanya kitoweo chako kiwe kizito) au maziwa, koroga mpaka itakapoanza kuchemka. Kisha weka kijiko cha chai 1 soy souce na matone. . MATONE matatu tu ya food coloring ya brown/nyeusi, oregan na basil kiasi unachoweza kushika kwa vidole vyako viwili. Onja kujua kama kuna kitu ungependa kuongeza (pilipili manga/chumvi) kabla ya kufunika, kupunguza moto mpaka chini na kuacha cream iive taratibu kwa dakika 6 - 10.

    Unaweza ukala kwa wali, viazi vya kuchemsha pekee bila mafuta au hata pasta za aina yoyote ile.

    Soy sauce sio lazima ila food coloring ni muhimu ili kuipa mboga rangi ya kuvutia.
