    Wana jf mie tatizo langu ni wembamba: kiukweli mie ni mwembamba kuna kipindi nilienda kumwona dactari akanishauri nitumie mayai kama sehemu ya mlo mfululizo kwa mwezi mmoja lakini bado sikupata mabadiliko yoyote nimeona niwasilishe kwenu member je mnanishauri vp!

    Kunywa supradyn, itapeleka metabolism haraka na utapata njaa. kula carbohydrates na fat na sugar. tafuta mtu anafanya diet ya kukonda na fanya exact opposit. utanenepa tu. usisahau kunywa bia kila siku, kila saa. peleka na pizza, kiti moto, chips et.

    G Spanner..nadhani wewe ni mwanaume,mara nyingi wanaume ndio huwa wanakuwa embarassed na wembamba. Lakini kabla ya kuamua utananenepaje, fahamu kama kweli unataji kunenepa au la. Hili unaweza kutambua kwa tungalia 'Body Mass Index (BMI)' yako.

    BMI inarelate urefu wako na uzito wako. Kila binadamu ana urefu kitu ambacho ukishamaliza kukua ( unapokuwa miaka ya 20 na ushee) basi huwezi badilisha, hivyo kitu unachoweza kubadilisha ni uzito ili uendeane na urefu wako. Sasa BMI inakushauri kutokana na urefu wako basi uzito gani wa mwili unashuriwa uwe nao kiafya.

    Sasa kama ukipima BMI utajua kama uzito ulio nao sasa hivi ni mdogo sana na hivyo kushauriwa kula vyakula gani ili uongeze uzito (unene), na pia uongeze kwa kiasi gani (yaani kilo ngapi)...au BMI inaweza ikakuambia kuwa uzito ulio nao ndio unaoshauriwa kiafya na ukashauriwa nini ufanye kuumaintain...au pia ikakuambia kuwa una uzito mkubwa kupita urefu wako kisha ushauriwe nini cha kufanya kungua, na upungue kiasi gani.

    NB: Nakushauri check BMI yako, ni kipimo rahisi sana...unapima urefu tu na uzito wako, kisha mhudumu afya analinganisha uzito wako kwa urefu wako kwenye BMI chart, kisha anakushauri. Fanya hivyi, ukiwa na uhakika unahitaji kuongeza uzito, na unataka ongeza kilo ngapi then njoo jukwaani upewe ushauri zaidi!

    Watch out kabla hujanenepa,kitalaam urefu wako lazima uhusiane na uzito wako. Yawezekana jinsi ulivyo ndo unatakiwa uwe hivyo!
