NMB Bank mko makini kwenye uuzaji wa shares zenu? Mbona mnatufanya waanachi mambubumbu?

NMB wenyewe (workers) they may be care less given the existing crisis btw the government and workers.

By the way, hawa DSM Stock Exchange na Capital Market Authority wanashindwaje kusimamia a simple issue kama hilo!!

Eddy , NICOL waliwahi kutoa gawio...sh 9 per share mwaka 2007?not sure kwa mwaka.

Ila at the same time I am skeptical kuhusu faida zao.

You buy after analyzed the financial of the company, the management style, the decsion makers strategy, the vision of the company na mengine mengi sana.

Madhara ya kununua sababu walio nunua TBL walipata 200% return, then kumbuka walio nunua TOL walipata % loss.

Kumbuka don't buy sababu mama Sekile kanunua. Buy because it is a potential investments, and there is a chance of getting positive returns in the future.

Wakuu hata mimi nilienda NMB Bank House nikawataka wanipe Prospectus, nikaambiwa huwa wanawapa Corporate Customers!!!! hawawezi kumpa kila mtu? nikakomaa ndipo wakanipa a Swahili summarised Prospectus. Hata hivyo, share trading is a Speculative Investment, anything can happen!! Reaping faida or Hasara. Get enough advice from your business consultant. Thanks.

    Good summary Maane.
Inategemea mnunuzi anataka kununua kwa lengo gani, yaani labda anataka Dividends payments. Nakama wewe ni dividends investors then unataka kuangalia dividends payout ratio, vile vile unaangalia kwa % ngapi dividends payout inakuwa.

Nakama wewe ni speculator kama mimi, then your focus is on the boom during secondary market. After boom you wanna cash your chip and take the face value and work away. Because life is too short anyway. Please don't try to be speculator kama hujawai kuwa trained to do so.

Kwa wale longtime investor, remember you dont hold anything. some of the chip are like rotten egg, to keep them in your basket will increase smell. Again kama unataka ushauri kuhusu NMB email me prospectus, and i will analyze for you and tell you, either buy or stay away from it.

High revenue doesn't means the company is doing good? High reteirn earning doesnt means the company is better. It is beyond what is in Balance sheet and Income statements.
