    Hallow everyone! hope mko poa na mlisherehekea Eid Salama. Kwa kweli nakwazika sana na namna ambavyo NMB bank ina handle customers. Rafiki yangu alikwenda kutoa hela kwenye ATM ya NMB maeneo ya Kinondoni. Bahati mbaya umeme ulikatika ghafla kabla ya hela kutoka, kwani umeme ulikatika mara tu baada ya card kutoka. Well, umeme ulipokatika alisubiri akidhani labda utarudi na alihofia pia kuhusu hela zake ambazo zilikua kwenye mchakato wa kutoka. Alikaa muda mrefu, ikabidi tu aondoke baada ya kuona umeme haurudi. Kwa vile ilikua Friday jioni, Saturday asubuhi akaenda kucheki salio akakuta ile hela imekatwa. Akaenda NMB makao makuu kuulizia. Wakamwambia aubiri wacheki camera's waconfirm kama hela ilitoka ama la! Alisubiri sana wakamwambia network ipo slow, arudi Monday.

    Jumatatu ilipofika alirudi tena wakamwabia asubiri bado wanacheki, baadae wakamwabia hela ilitoka sasa akataka kujua kama ilitoka ilichukuliwa na nani? na akaomba kama inawezekana aonyeshwe kwenywe camera. Walikataa kumpa proof yoyote, sasa katika kujibishana na kuomba muonana na Manager kwa msaada zaidi, jamaa walimchangia na wakamwitia police wakidai kwamba amafanya fujo na kawatukana, so wakampeleka central! Kwa kweli kutokana na hali halisi imebidi huyu rafiki yangu aache tu kufatilia tena maana mambo yalishafika police. Mi nauliza tu, hivi mteja anapokua na doubts kuhusu mwenendo mzima wa fedha zake katika bank husika hana haki ya kuelimishwa? Mimi binafsi nilishapoteza card lakini ile process ya kupata card mpya ilikua balaa, maana nlikutana na staff mwenye kiburi na attitude mbaya sana. Nilitamani kuachana nayo. Ni hayo tu wadau!

    Mi jana tu nilikuwa NMB mbeya kwenye tawi la MBALIZI ROAD nimefika kutoa pesa kwa check nikapewa utalatibu ambao sikuwahi kukutana nao kama miezi sita niliyokuwa nikichukua pesa sasa namna nilivo kuwa handled na hawa wafanyakazi ilinibowa kiasi cha kutaka kuacha ikabidi nikutane na customer service manager nikamwuliza kama naweza kuchukuwa pesa branch nyingine ikiwa acount number ya check imefanyiwa marekebisho akanijibu inawezekana cha ajabu nilipofika loleza branch wakaniambia nirudi mbaliz brancg kwa sababu check number imerekebishwa walinihalibia sana siku ni kama watu wametolewa mtaani wameletwa bank wafanye kazi wakat ni proffesion kifupi wameniboa sana na wanasahau kuwa hizo pesa ni zetu.

    nafatilia kadi ya atm baada ya ku-expire mwezi wa nne sasa bila bila,poor customer care......
