    Juzi katika mihangaiko yangu hapa jijini Dar es salaam ilinifikisha katika Bank NMB tawi la Bank House makutana ya Samora na Mtaa wa Pamba.

    Nilipoingia ndani ya Bank nikashangaa kukuta watu kama mia moja hivi wakiwa katika foleni zisizotembea, na nilipochunguza nikagundua kulikua na madirisha ya huduma zaidi ya 10, lakini yanayofanya kazi ni madirisha 2 tu......moja kwaajili ya cash deposit na mengine kwaajili ya cash withdraw .

    Bahati mbaya zaidi kwenye chumba cha Kuweka cha wateja wakubwa hakukuwa na Mfanyakazi na taa ilikua imezimwa.

    Nikamfuata Meneja wao wa huduma kwa wateja kwakua nilikua na pesa nyingi za DEPOSIT na isingekua hekima kusimama nazo mda mrefu kwenye dirisha ambalo ni moja, na wakati huo kuna wateja wanasubiri, Alinijibu kirahisi kuwa atafuatilia kujua nini kinaendelea.

    Kwa udadisi wangu , nilichogundua hiyo Benki inawatu wavivu , wasiojituma, wanaona raha kuona foleni ndefu .

    Nampango wakuacha kuitumia hii Bank , maana naona wafanyakazi wake hawajajua thamani ya muda na kwakua NMB SI BABA YANGU ACHA NIENDE KWA BENKI ZINGINE.

    chakushangaza ni kuwa hawastuki wala hawastuliwi na idadi ya wateja katika foleni isiyotembea , wanafanya kazi kijamaa

    kazi yangu zamani ilikua nikununua nakuuza madini , sasa Benki iliyokua karibu kila wilaya ilikua hiyo,. lakini nimechoka kwakweli , inabidi nitoke niende benk nyingine

    Kuna banks mwanza zajitahidi na kila siku matawi yanafunguliwa.

    Rejao, Ni tabia ya NMB kuruhusu foleni kwa matawi yao yote nilikwisha tembelea zaidi ya mikoa mitano nchini. Hawafai kabisa kuingia ktk ushindani wa taasisi za kifedha kwa jinsi huduma zao zilivyo mbovu.

    TaiJike Kumbuka lakin NMB ndio bank yenye wateja wengi, vile vile ni bank yenye matawi mengi nchini. Mi naona wateja ndio wamezidi capacity ya bank.

    NMB ni kero sana, nilishawahi kuwa na akaunti pale lakini niliamua kujiondoa, tatizo ni lile lile poor customer service, mpaka leo hii hata kama kuna mtu nataka kumuingizia pesa akisema ana akaunti NMB hua namwambia bora nikutumie Tigo pesa, M pesa au Airtel Money...
    CRDB ni wazuri ingawa kuna mapungufu ya hapa na pale lakini huduma zinaridhisha wateja
    Exim ni ovyo sana mara nyingi system zao hua zinakua down, hasa kwenye ATM mashine zao ni balaa tupu, kutokana na huduma zao kua mbovu niliamua kufungua akaunti CRDB...
    Note: kwa Local Bank, Azania Bank wana service nzuri sana hata upande wa ATM hakuna shida maana ukiwa na ATM kadi ya Umoja Switch sehemu yoyote unachykua pesa, lakini hawana VISA/MASTER card

    Ndio maana nimesema Juzi kulikua na Dirisha mbili tu zinazofanya kazi kati ya madirisha zaidi ya kumi yaliopo mle Bank House, kweli wateja wengi , lakini UZEMBE,. UVIVU NA KUTOWAJIBIKA kunachangia wateja kujaa katika tawi hilo.

    Mwandishi kwenye habari yake amesema Juzi na sio jana na tunajua kuwa jana ilikuwa ni sikukuu ( sina hakika kama NMB walitoa huduma) , sasa sikutegemea Rejao angeandika maneno hayo. Omba msamaha au jipange upya uje na sababu nzuri ya kuridhisha.

    Kiukwel hata kama wateja ni weng kuonekane kuna juhud za kupunguza folen. Mi ilinikuta nikauliza nkaambiwa wako meeting mara kama 3 hv.Nikahoj ina maana hawajali wateja kwa kuweka vikao muda wa kaz hasa kwa telers! Uhalisia,Nmb wana upungufu wa workers.Sijawah kukuta madirisha yote yanafanya kaz tokea nianze ku2mia benk hii. CRDB wanajitahid sana hasa kujipanua,nikiwa dar napenda ku2mia taw la premier la mkapa tower no folen at all cjui wa2 hawajajua kwamba ndan kuna benk.Weng wanadhan ni atm's 2.

    Nenda bank zingine ila sio CRDB nao wanamadude hayo tena wao wamekubuhu kwani hata ukifanya transfer ya hela itachukua siku kibao(nadhani hua wanazitumia) mpk uende kukaa pale ndio wanakuwekea muda huo huo. je huo ndio utendaji wa kazi?

    nguvumali/Rejao mi nadhani wingi wa wateja ndo utakaokufanya uwe mbunifu wa jinsi gani ya kuweza kukidhi mahitaji ya end users wako kwa haraka na kwa wakati, sasa hawa wanapobweteka kisa wao wameenea mpaka vijijini ndo iwe sababu ya wao kuzembea? kwa mtu ambaye si mwajiriwa wa serikali hasa walimu wangu ni ngumu kwao kuepuka bank hii, ila kwa wengine ni ushamba kuwakumbatia.
