    Njia ya kuepukana na nightmare ni kulala bila ya nguo (kama ulivyo zaliwa)na sio tu inakuepusha na ndoto mbaya, pia inapelekea kukuzisha afya ya sehemu za siri kwa kuziacha kuwa free inapofika nyakati za kulala.

    Mkuu hii elimu ipo miaka mingi binafsi nilikuwa nateseka nikafanya hivyo na mpaka leo silali na kitu,ukosekanaji wa hewa sehemu za siri pia zinachangia matatizo ndani ya mili yetu ikiwa pamoja na akili , inaaminika katika maisha yetu sehemu hiyo ni muda mchache sana inapata bahati ya kupitiwa na hewa safi au kuwa free, kwa mana hiyo imegundulika unapolala bila ya nguo kuna nguvu fulani zinazoipelekea sehemu hiyo iwe na uwezo ya kujenga mazingira mazuri na kutowa kinga inayohitajika ,ni kama vile tunavyotokwa na jasho tunahitaji maji,na kukimbilia sehemu zenye hewa safi ikiwa utakosa hivyo vitu inakuwa tabu na matatizo katika mwili wako kama sio kifo .

    naona hukuelewa, dhana ya mleta hoja, ni kuwa kwa kulala uchi unazipa sehemu nyeti uhuru wa kupumua na hivyo kiakili inakuepusha kupatwa na nightmares, na mimi nilijaribu hilo lakini haikusaidia kwani nilipatwa na nightmare.
