    Naomba nisaidiwe. Mimi kimaumbile ni mnene na mzito. Siwezi kufanya mazoezi kwa sababu bado naugulia maumivu yaliyotokana na kuvunjika mguu. Siwezi kabisa kukimbia. Nitumie njia gani ili niweze kupungua uzito na unene huu?
    Kama kuna anayefahamu siri ya kupungua kwa uzito kwa mwanamitindo Mustafa Hassanali tafadhali aniambie.

    Natanguliza shukrani zangu kwa wale watakaokuwa serious kunisaidia.

    punguza kula, kama huwezi kufanya mazoezi kaa sehem za joto utoke jasho (usisahau kuoga baada ya jasho), kunywa maji mengi asubuhi baada kupiga mswaki, kula tembe moja ya kitunguu saumu kila siku (tembe moja tu sio kitunguu kizima), kama una cheo serikalini jiuzulu, acha tabia ya kulala lala sana na kucheka cheka bila sababu.
    pia kuna njia nyengine ya mkato lakini hii sikushauri, ukiowa mwanamke kicheche, ndani ya wiki mbili utakuwa mwembamba kama simu ya motorola L6 (saidi ifekti ni marazi ya moyo lakini rezalti garantii)

    hapa kwanza lazima apate vidonda vya tumbo.
    njia rahisi ni kupunguza kula, piga jaramba asubuhi na jioni, acha kunywa biere(hapa najua wapwa watapinga sanaaaa!!) instead kunywa maji mengi.
