    Pole BLISS...ujauzito wako wa wiki 28 si sababu ya wewe kujaa gesi tumboni. Tumbo la uzazi na chakula ni tofauti na hayaingiliani kabisa. Inaweza tu ikawa sababu ya chakula ulichokula. Kama ni tatizo la mara kwa mara na linafuatana na maumivu ya tumbo hasa maeneo ya chembe, basi muone daktari inaweza ikawa gastritis ambayo inaweza ikakuletea ulcers baadae...lakini kama ni leo tu, au mara moja moja...unaweza ukatumia Andrews ile unachanganya na glass ya maji safi unakunywa. Haina athari kwa ujauzito wako.

    Kwanza hongera sana mama kwa uzito! kumbuka hali hiyo sio ya kawaida na vitu ulikua unakula bila consequence yoyote vinaweza kuleta tabu kidogo.
    Ongeza matunda na mboga za majani ao mboga kama carrots, tomatoes etc. Punguza dried beens (soya, maharage, kunde etc). Kama hali yako inaruhuru kunywa glass ya majo ya moto ndani unakamulia kijiko cha lemon. Inasaidia kupeleka metabolism haraka na kupunguza gas.
    Je unapata choo? kama hupati nunua fresh orange juice, kunywa mara kwa mara.
    Within hours utapata nafuu.

    punguza vyakula vya mafuta mengi kama chips,mafuta yakiwa digested yanatengeneza gas as by product...kula matunda na vegetables kwa wingi....

    Punguza kabisa kula legumes i.e. mbegu kama maharagwe na ongeza kwa wingi kula green, pia muone daktari kwa ushauri zaidi kabla ya kutumia dawa yoyote ile.
