    Fuata diet hii halaf angalia waifu wako asije akadai talaka kwa mziki.

    Asubuhi kabla chochote pata tende about tembe tano mpaka 10.

    before lunch pata 2 handful ya karanga mbichi (hazijachemshwa wala kukaangwa)

    Lunch yako hakikisha inakuwa seafood sio meat.

    Jioni chemsha oysters lakini zisiwive sana (about half Kg au hata robo) kisha tafuna na kula bure bure.

    Halafu usiku kata watermelon na kula uwezo wako (weka gap baina ya msosi wako wa usiku na kulala, usilale umeshiba /sana)

    Fanya ivo kwa 2-3 weeks halaf uje kutoa ushuhuda. Unaweza ukahitaji makufuli ya ziada kuvaa kazini, fanya shopping ya kutosha na hakikisha waifu ana nguvu za kutosha azawaizi waifu atakwenda kijijini kutembelea wazee bila holidei.

    Inategemea. Problem yawezekana kuwa hamna CGMP hamna ya kutosha au Hamna NO ya kutosha kufanya mishipa ya damu kuwa thickened. Na hiyo problem yaweza kuwa temporary.

    Lakini kwa kumeza vidonge vya Sildenafil Citrate 25mg au 50mg nusu saa kabla ya tendo yaweza kusaidia.

    Bora zaidi muone Physician. Yaweza kuwa uko Diabetic au Hypertesive. Baada ya vipimo hivyo ndiyo waweza juwa kuwa utahitaji tiba ya kudumu au change of life style. GOOD LUCK.

    Chukua maji kama glass moja changanya na unga wa ulezi weka kwenye sifuria chemsha mpaka utakopona umeiva yaani namanisha uji weka vijiko viwili vya peanuts ,ongeza na vijiko viwili vya asali vikifuatiwa na vijiko viwili vya blueband koraga kwa dakika 15 .hakikisha unakunywa asubuhi na jioni . Hapo mkuu siyo siri utaerect kwa mda mrefu sana na ukitaka kuunga kwenye game baada ya kile kibao cha kwanza unaunga fresh bila kupumuzika .usisahau maji glass nne kila uamukapo morning na jioni unpoenda kulala

    Kwanza make sure una uzito wenye uwiano na kilo zako yaani uzito wa mwili wako, pili nenda gym, yaani mazoezi ya viungo, usinyanyue vyuma! fanya ABS (mazoezi ya tumbo), squart, mazoezi ya mgongo (lightly) na msosi wa jioni ule 4 hours kabla ya kulala. diet ni muhimu sana, hasa tende, maziwa, samaki wa baharini, chokolate na matunda kama papai, nanasi, avocado. pia kwa wiki pata milk shake mara mbili, ila haya yote yanategemea una umri wa miaka mingapi, hii dose ni nzuri kwa wenye 15 -40 years.
