    Vina uhusiano mkubwa ndugu yangu, vyakula vya mafuta, hasa yatokanayo na nyama vinaongeza cholesterol pia fats deposits kwenye kuta za mishipa ya damu na moyo. Damu ndiyo inayobeba oxygen kutoka kwenye mapafu kuipeleka sehemu mbalimbali za mwili na kurudisha Carbon dioxide. Shughuli yoyote nzitoau pevu (kama kwenye 6 kwa 6) inahitaji oxygen supply ya kutosha so kama damu haiwezi kuzunguka na kufika inapotakiwa ili ichome carbohydrates na kutoa nguvu lazima mtu atakosa pumzi. Hivyo vyakula visivyo na mafuta mengi (au seed/vegetable oil) ni vizuri kwani haviongezi cholesterol. Wachina na wajapani wako makini sana kwenye vyakula kwani wana vyakula ambavyo vinasaidia blood circulation ambayo ni muhimu sana. mwisho mazoezi pia ni muhimu.

    Na hivi vyakula vya GMO yani itafika siku wanaume ukifanikiwa kukaa juu ya kifua for 10 minutes unashangalia kama umeshinda jackport! Nawaonea huruma watoto wetu.

    Aisee kweli ndoa nyingi sana zinabomoka coz of wanaume wanashindwa kupiga game effectively,yaani wanawake kuridhika imekuwa kitendawili......ila wanaume wa mjini ndio wanamatatizo hayo sana
