    Naona kuna kitu watu wengi huwa mnakisahau...kwanini uume husimama?..naamini kuna sababu kama 2 za msingi amabazo kama hazipo basi hakuana sababu yoyote ya wewe kulalamika uume hausimami..iwe asubuhi usiku au hata jioni
    1- kubanwa na haja ndogo kwa kipindi cha kutosha .... Hapo ni lazma uume usimame ili uende kukojoa
    2- hamu ya kufanya mapenzi- kama unahitaji kufanya mapenzi au hisia zako umezielekeza kwenye kufanya mapenzi au hata umemwona binti akakutamanisha unakuta kitu inaenda winga... Hii haijalishi unasukari wala nini.. Ni simpo baioloji tuu.

    Sio lazima kila ukiamka asubuhi kitu iwe imesimama... Umekojoa saa 9 usiku umeamka asubuhi huna mkojo wa kutosha unataka isimame ili iweje?...hujamfikiria hata demu wako wa zamani unachowazia ni madeeni unayodaiwa na nguo za watoto za ckukuu unataka kitu isimame ili iweje??

    Kati ya viongo inteligent kuliko vyote kkwa mwanadamu wa jinsia ya kiume ni "uume"... Ukiwa fresh kisaikolojia lazma ukudai kutendewa haki na ndipo hapo uume husimama hata ukiona chupi za kina dada zinauzwa dukani...na husimama hata akipita mwanaume mwenye maungo ya kikekike..... Tujifunze kujitambua baiolojia zetu.

    Who Cares naona tatizo lako kama la mleta mada yaani uamke asubuhi na mlingoti haujasimama ? unafahamu ukiwa na tatizo la kudinda swali la kwanza daktari anauliza huwa lipi ? -'ukiamka asubuhi huwa mkia uko vipi' ?

    Mi nilishawahi kukaa na mtu mwenye sukari, yaani kanasinyaa kama ka mtoto mchanga, then hata akikojoa mkojo unatoka na kau-slow fulani, ni vema ukaiangalia sugari yako, then uzingatie lishe na mazoezi MUNGU atakujalia tu.
