    RUN FOR UR LIFE...huo ni msemo uliokuwa umewekwa kwenye Mens Health. Kwamba zoezi la kukimbia litakufanya uishi maisha marefu kwa kukuepusha na maradhi mengi. Kimbia walau dk 20 mara 3 kwa wiki itasaidia utakuwa kijana na utakuwa na pumzi ya kutosha. Kama alivyosema Ze Burner usitumie mashine. Unaweza ukawa waogelea kipindi cha wkend itasaidia kukuweka vizuri. Kuwa mwangalifu wa magari wakati wakimbia. Maana mara nyingi madereva wazembe wananikosa kosa.

    Kukimbia na kuruka kamba bila kutegea. Utakuwa mwepesi na kucontrol weight pia. Kama walivyosema wengine, ukimbie kiwanjani au barabarani na sio kwenye machine! Machine ni kwa wathungu!
