Ni mazoezi gani yanapunguza mwili na uzito haraka zaidi?

    Habari wana MMU!Naomba ushauri wenu.Nimenenepa sana (tumbo, mikono, miguu, mgongo), pia nilikuwa sijashiriki tendo kwa miezi kadhaa, nilikuwa safarini. Sasa nimerudi, kwa kweli nimekuwa mzito sana kitandani. Nachoka haraka mno, miguu siwezi kuipanua vizuri, siwezi kujikunja wala kujizungusha, nashindwa kushughulisha kiuno, etc! Kwa kifupi nashindwa kujituma kitandani, performance imeporomoka! Nimeanza mazoezi taratibu tayari, lakini naomba ushauri wenu ili niweze kumaliza tatizo langu kwa haraka zaidi! Nipungue na nirudie kuwa mwepesi kama ilivyokuwa hapo kabla.Asanteni.

    mhm wanawake wote wangekuwa kama wewe mbona raha
    sasa wewe fanya yafuatayo;
    1) jogging ya not less than 30 minutes
    2) strength endurance training
    3) punguza wingi wa kila na pia badilisha aina ya vyakula.

    Asante, nimeanza kupiga treadmill na cross trainer exercises, ila ndio slowly kwanza maana sina pumzi ya kutosha bado!

    Haya mazoezi yamenifanya nipende mwili wangu sana...kila ninachokula these days najiuliza faida na hasara yake; mfano hata uniwekeee chocolate kwenye friji sili...maji kwa sana.

    Simple: Pima uzito wako kwanza.

    Funga siku tatu:

    1. Asubuhi ukiamka unakunywa maji ya moto yaliyotiwa asali vijiko viwili na kukamuliwa limao moja.
    2. Saa nne chai iliyotiwa asali vijiko viwili na kukamuliwa limao moja.
    3. fanya hivi mchana pia.
    4. fanya hivi saa 9-10 alasiri.
    5. fanya hivyo tena saa 2 usiku
    6. Usiku kabla ya kulala unakunywa maji ya moto yaliyotiwa asali vijiko viwili na kukamuliwa limao moja.

    Baada ya siku 3 pima uzito tena:

    Matokeo: baada ya siku 3 utakuwa umepungua kwa kilo 3. Si hivyo tu, utakata mafuta mengi mwilini na pia Chorestral level itakuwa poa.

    Siku ya nne endelea na diet hiyo ila ongeza matunda mchanganyiko. Ngozi yako itanawiri na kuwa nyororo pia.

    Kuna wanaodai pia mafuta ya ubuyu yanasaidia.

    NB: Binafsi nimejaribu mwenyewe na kufanikiwa. Pia kuna watu wawili tofauti niliowaambia na wamefanikiwa.

    Kuondoa nyama uzembe na kitambi fanya mazoezi ya sit-ups au kunyanyua miguu yote juu chini ukiwa umelala chali.

    Mazoezi mengine ni kukimbia. Anaerobic. baiskeli kubeba vyuma vidogo na mazoezi ya kujenga msuli. Mwalimu wako wa Gym anaweeza kukusaidia.

    Kwa ushauri na maswali zaidi, unaweza kuniuliza tu au ni-PM.

    Mimi nakushauri mambo yafuatayo
    1. Endelea kufanya mapenzi karibu kila siku pamoja na uzito wako...
    2. Kunywa maji kiasi 650ml kama breakfast kabla hujapiga mswaki na usile chochote hadi zipite walau dakika 45
    3. Kula mayai kama mawili hivi kwenye menu yako ya kwanza
    4. Jitahidi ule apple walau moja kwa siku na ikiwezekana dakika 45 kabla ya mlo wako wa mchana/usiku
    5. Weka unga wa mdalasini katika chai/kahawa yako kama nusu kijiko cha chai mara mbili au tatu kwa siku
    6. Fanya mazoezi ya kawaida kama kutembea mbio ndogo2 n.k.
    7. Usitumie sana vyakula vya mafuta pamoja na cheese.
    8. Endelea kula matunda mengine na kunywa maji kwa wingi zaidi.
    9. Usile mlo mkubwa wakati wa usiku zaidi ya saa kumi na mbili jioni.

    Ruka kichura chura, sit ups, kimbia anza taratibu kisha ongeza speed pumzi itakapokuruhusu baada ya mwezi utaona mabadiliko makubwa na kuweza kuzungusha tena kiuno kama feni na kujikunja mikunjo yote unayoijua na si ajabu unaweza kuongeza na mipya pia. Baadhi ya wanawake wangesema kama sikufurahishi kama zamani basi nenda katafute nje, lakini naona wewe una jitihada kubwa ya kujituma. Kila la heri.
