Naomba msaada wenu

Mimi ni mfanyakazi wa sehemu fulani, bado sijazijua vizuri sheria za kazi, we have 1 hour lunch time (kwenye contract)

Niliwahi kuambiwa kwa mdomo na my boss kuwa hilo lisaa 1 naweza toka nje,

1. je nikitoka na kufunga ofisi (hakuna wa kumuacha) muda wa lunch ni kosa? kama c kosa naweza jua kifungu cha sheria na mwaka?
2. Nifanyeje nikitaka kufanya mambo yangu huo muda wa lunch?
3. Chakula nakula ofcn, je ningekuwa nakula nje ingekuwaje?

Nimekwama wapendwa msaada tafadhali!

nafikiri hakuna sheria yoyote ya kitaifa inayoeleza hiyo one hour lunch inakuwaje. bali inakuwa ni policy ya kampuni husika!!

nafikiri hakuna sheria yoyote ya kitaifa inayoeleza hiyo one hour lunch inakuwaje. bali inakuwa ni policy ya kampuni husika!!

Lakini, kama ofisi yako haihusiani na wateja, basi ndani ya lisaa unaweza kwenda mahali na kurudi, ila kama una msururu wa wateja, ndugu unatafuta matusi!
 
ofisi niko peke yangu, wote wanatoka nje kikazi, wakirudi, muda wa lunch umekwisha, hatuna msururu wa wateja, tukipata wengi ni wa3 kwa wiki, wanaoleta vitu tu, hatuuzi wala kutoa huduma ya papo kwa hapo (kama duka, stationery)

ila kuna sheria za waajiri na waajiriwa za 2007 zinaeleza vizuri sana muda wa kazi

Kwa nini usicheki na utawala hapo kazini kwako? Kama walivyoongea wengine itabidi utumie busara yako kulingana na nature ya kazi yako na level yako hapo kazini. Vile vile kulingana na policy ya shirika kama mwajiri anahitaji uwe reachable wakati wote atahikisha una kifaa cha mawasiliano chenye uhakika.

Lunch break iko kwenye sheria za kazi; hivyo unaruhusiwa kutoka as long as unakuwa ofisini kwa muda muafaka....

Atu maelezo yako yanaonyesha wewe ni secretary na kisheria unapaswa kupata 60 minutes break japokua si lazima kufunga milango na madirisha ya ofisi bali unaweza kutumia muda huo kuweka miguu juu ya meza na kuperuzikurasa za jf.
 
japokuwa ni sheria lakini pia inategemea na nature ya kazi na mkataba wako unasemaje , unaweza kuskip huo muda wa kula lakini lazima kuwe na makubaliano maalumu ya muda wakazi, say labda kazi inatakiwa kuanza saa moja mpaka saa tisa,kwa hiyo unaweza kiuwa na makubaliano kwamba hautaenda lunch lakini utaknockoff 1hour early, au basi inabidi hilo lisaa aliweke kwenye mpunga wako

23.-(1) Subject to this Part, an employer shall give an employee
who works continuously for more than five hours a break of at least 60
minutes.

(2) An employer may require an employee to work during a break
only if the work cannot be left unattended or cannot be performed by
another employee.
(3) An employer shall not be obliged to pay an employee for the
period of a break unless the employee is required to work, or to be
available for work, during the break.

Siyo kosa, labada kama huna cha kufanya mjini. mimi nilipo ni nusu saa tu kula. Natoka ikiisha narudi kwenye dawati natulia. Ni wewe kuwa mjanja usiende ukachelewa kurudi ukakuta bosi anakusubiri nje huna cha kusema unatupwa nje.

See highlighted part, hiyo inamlinda mwajiri in case of anything.,hata hivyo sheria inaconfuse unless you are very sure, usijaribu kubishana na mwajiri wako kwa kutumia sheria kama unaitaka kazi yako. Tumia busara kulingana na mkataba, na mazingira ya kazini kwako,. mara nyingi inaweza kuwa not fair kufunga ofisi na kuondoka kama hakuna kabisa mtu mwingine hapo, unaweza kuta mtu kaja wa muhimu kwa kampuni yenu only to find the office closed, that might turn out bad for you unless office imetoa information kwa clients wenu kuwa saa fulani hadi fulani hatutoi service ni lunch time. otherwise kazi ni ngumu sana kupata ndugu yangu, usiichezee hiyo ulonayo, at the end of the day maamuzi ni yako, na kumbuka hata kama sheria iko upande wako mwajiri akikuchoka hashindwi kukuchomoa, so its up to you.
