    1. Receptionist -3-4 years experience in the same

    2. Order processing person: Basically should have handled back office/ logistics and have decent experience in the same. Preferably working experience in IT Organization in similar profile.

    3. Junior Accountant:
    - Handling petty cash and submitting the account for the same periodically
    - Posting vouchers into Accounting package. Should have working knowledge on Pastel
    - Handling bank transactions
    - Preparing statutory returns and to ensure compliance of the same
    - Conducting work shop audit
    - Reconciling of accounts- with bank, suppliers
    - Preparation of cheques to suppliers
    - Maintaining pay roll package and also passing the relevant pay roll journals

    Jamani the deatils are mnetioned the email address is mentioned, u r told u r suposssed to write the name of position you are applying for in the subj...mnataka nini zaidi??? mnataka physical address ili mjazane ofisini kwetu au mpige simu mpaka tuchoke??

    Comon guys be sensible enough...

    And to you who think this id is suspicious u need not apply... those who ahve applied in the previous vacancies have been contacted further...what else do you want?

    Pls be realistic n analyse why companies do not give out their identity hata marecruitment companies huwa wanasema...'' one of our client needs...."

    mie sioni ubaya wowote wa tangazo hili. Unachotakiwa ni kupeleka ulichoagizwa tu. Siku hizi shortlisting inafanyika kwa kupeleka vc na wala sio vyeti. Kama umedanganya kwenye cv utaumbuka siku ya interview ambayo itakakulazimu kwenda na vyeti halisi. Hata kama umemaliza chuo leo, hiyo ndio cv yako. Wambie una gpa ya point ngapi. Waajiri wameshajua barua ni madoido ambayo waweza kuameikiwa. Ukishaambiwa kazi umepata ndio unaambiwa kuamdika barua.

    We are a leading IT company in Dar and i am a recruiter.

    I guess i have said earlier we do not disclose company information because canddiates keep lining up in ouir offices and we receive endless calls...

    By the way let me tell you this if you do not know the world is moving at such a fast phase that writing letters and sending in certificates is no more important at the initial stage; we just screen the resumes that meet our requirements and later the other procedures follow!!!

    We should not forget one thing we Tanzanians have a habit of sending in resumes even if we do not meet the criterias..ili mradi tu tume tuma CV.

    It is because of this habit we have this process of not asking for letter or certificates at early stage...We only screen the resumes we get...

    For you who feels that this is suspicious then no one is forcing you to apply..please do not take the trouble...Do you find this suspicious because it is a yahoo ID? Then tell me how come we were fooled by LIVING FUND who had official ID?

    And For you who wnats to ajiri me!!? My question to you is CAN YOU AFFORD ME??

    Again i will repeat think before you comment...The world is moving at fast phase we are lagging behind... Abroad the advertisements of jobs also mentions salary so that the candidate knows if that salary will be acceptable by the candidate or not!!! If a candidate feels its not acceptable then they do not bother applying!!! IS THIS ALSO SUSPICIOUS FOR YOU? THIS IS CALLED THE ERA OF SAVING TIME AND MOVING FAST; BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE STILL IN THE OLD ERA WHERE BY TIME IS NOT MONEY FOR US...NO WONDER WE ARE LAGGING BEHIND....!!

    Atleast lets read, google and research to find out and cope up witht he world ahead us.........

    Leading IT company isiyokuwa na jina..

    Then a leading IT email server mnatumia yahoo.. weka details ili mtu ajue anaaply kwenye kampuni gani? Sumtaim ukijua kampuni waweza hata jipredictia mshahara wako utakuaje.

    jaman mbona mnabishana kwa kitu kidogo nilivyoelewa mimi jamaa wanataka utume cv yako ambayo ndani in details zako then huyo jamaa unayemtumia atazifoward kwa hiyo IT coy kwa hiyo ishu sio yahoo address u just send ur cv and by the way i think it cant cost any thing to send ur cv
