The only thing that Revenue has not taxed yet is the male penis.This is due to fact that 69% of the times it is hanging around unemployed,10% of time it is hard up,1% of time it is in a hole.On top of that it has two dependants who are nuts! However effective april 2011 the penis will be taxed according to size.The brackets are as follows;
10" - 20" Luxury tax Sh 300
8" - 10" Pole tax Sh 250
5" - 8" Previllage tax Sh 150
3" - 5" Nuisance tax Sh 30
Male exceeding 12" must file capital gain,Anybody below 3" is eligible fortax refund/relief.Please do not ask for extension.
