No no Mkuu! Hii level ni below 10mn per person. Level za 100mn mimi siko huko. Kama uko tanzania utanielewa...kuna mashamba 20 to 30kms from city centre heka 10 chini yanauzwa around 10mn mpaka 15. Kuna watakao nipinga na watakao nikubali kwa hili. Problem ni miundo mbinu kuelekea hapo ndo maana nahitaji collective force. Land in tz bado ni cheap sana mkuu you cant believe.

Mkuu you are right...lakini umeenda upande mmoja tu...nenda upande mwingine we kigamboni utagundua around 30km bado land ipo. Kikubwa hapa hata pakiwa mbali 50km from city centre sidhani kama ni tatizo kwani maeneo mengi yanaendelea kuna sehemu nyingi sana zilionekana porini in the last 5 yrs lakini kwa sasa zina maendeleo makubwa. Wazo ninaloliongelea sasa si lazima liwe limekamilika kila kitu in the next 1 year, cha msingi ni kupata eneo haraka iwezekanavyo say within 6 months or so then mambo mengine yatafuata kwa kuwa land ina appreciate everyday so ukiipata mapema ni vizuri zaidi. Naona tayari nimepata wadau wachache ikifika number niliyo kadiria then tutasonga mbele. Natumaini mambo yatakuwa mazuri.

i have bought land in kigamboni,its 32km from the ferry.the land was 1.4per acre 6months ago,now its 2mil per Acre.
jirani kuna mtu amenunua Acre 15 amepima viwanja vya 1/2 Acre kwa 7mil. anauza na wateja wameshanunua na kuanza ujenzi.

Idea ni nzuri sana, kwa mfano kule Kigamboni, kuna mtu ana eka kati ya 25 na 30 mbele ya Zoo. Ni umbali wa kama km 35 au 40 toka ferry. Kila eka moja inauzwa Tshs 800,000.00 (negotiable). Kwa hiyo idea yako ni feasible.

Kuna ule mradi wa south beach project, kuna mradi wa bahari beach satelite city, mradi wa nyumba za Mlimani City na hata jengo la CRDB Azikiwe Branch wamejenga kwa mfumo huo. Uzuri ni kuwa serikali imetambua uzuri wa huu mchakato na imetungwa sheria ya Unit Titles Act na Mortgage Financing Act kuratibu huu makakati.

Caren, sikuwahi sikia hili, nashukuru kwa kunijulisha. Ila hizo ni high profile ones, mimi naongelea scale ya hali ya kawaida kabisa. Najua mfano south beach project nyumba ni ghali sana from my point of view (level zangu). So hiki ninachofikiria kiko within my reach that is less than 10mn per person in terms of land and some basic structures.

Mwezi jana niliwapa idea kama hii baadhi ya watu wangu wakaribu hapa Russia tuje kupiga project kama hii Nyumbani mwakani ila wengi wameonesha kutovutiwa . Leo nimesoma hapa moyo wangu umefarijika na kuona kumbe kuna mtu nafanana nae katika kufikiri . Naikubali project 100% . Nategemea kutia nanga nyumbani mwakani . Kama ikitokea kuchelewa hadi mwakani project kutoanza naomba niwe miongoni mwa partner .
