    Marafiki zangu na ndugu zangu wa JF, nawakosa sana vituko,ucheshi,ushauri na utani wa hapa na pale ambao tumekuwa tukiushi kusogeza siku mbele.

    Licha ya kuwa na majukumu makubwa ya ajira na maisha yananisonga kwa sasa nimepatwa na tatizo kubwa la kukosa usingizi kwa sasa. Nikirudi tu jioni saa 2 nasinzia nikilala usingizi unakata after an hour nakuwa macho mpaka asubuhi. Halii imedumu kwa mwezi sasa na imenidhoofisha kiafya.

    Kwa upande mwingine nishukuru JF imenisaidia sana kimawazo na kunipatia marafiki wa kweli ambao kwa sasa tunaishi kama ndugu. Wana JF wana sifa ya commitment na kujitolea iwe furaha au shida endeleeni kwa moyo huo huo pamoja tutafika.

    Niwatakie wk end njema na salamu za siku kuu za mwisho wa mwakwa.

    Hahahahah eti kununua nchi....Asante King'asti, Dr. Anasema ni kazi yangu ngumu inanifanya nakuwa stressed kupitiliza so nitatue hilo kwanza kabla ya kutumia dawa za usingizi. Kazi za siku hz unazijua tena haziitaji kuremba labda serikalini.

    Ndo maana nakuambia achana na kuwaza kununua hili linchi baba,tutakukosa! Kazi yako unatumia akili sana,unakua unachoka akili na sio mwili. Kama unaweza kupata access ya gym baada ya kazi walau 3 times a week kwa dk 30 tu itakusaidia kulala. Kuna gym inafungwa saa nne usiku kama upo dar, kumbuka wakati unafanya zoezi unakunywa maji walau 1.5 L yasiyo ya baridi. All the best,angalia hiyo condition isikulaze chini manake inapunguza mental capability.

    hapo kwenye GYM najua king'asti amegusa penyewe........umepotea sana bana......tumekumiss mno humu ndani...hasa kule MMU....
