    Mimi ni binti wa,miaka26, tatizo langu ni kuwa mimi ni mwembamba sana hadi ninajichukia. Kiasi kwamba hata nikivaa nguo nahisi hazinipendezi. Nahitaji niongezeke angalau hata kidogo. Mwanzoni nilijua nikwasababu ya,masomo. Sasa nimeshamaliza chuo na nina mwaka sasa lakini sioni dalili zozote.

    Jamani naomba mnisaidie ushauri,nifanye nini,au nitumie nini niweze kuongezeka hata kídogo...

    Mi nataka nijue kiasi gani unakula. Maana kimaumbile umeumbwa mwembamba, but kuna wadada nilikuwa nawafahamu wembamba, but walikuwa wanakula chakula kidogo sana, walipokuja kuanza kula cha kutosha wakaongezeka sana...

    Mweeh wengine wanautafuta huo wembamba wengine hawautaki! Anyway try to relax punguza mawazo yasiyokua ya lazima,pata muda wa kutosha kulala, ongeza msosi kwa wingi especially carbohydrates!

    Hahaha! Sometimes huwa nadhani Mungu akituangalia anachoka kabisa! Wembamba wanataka unene, wanene wanawekeza kwenye diets za kila aina (ati 2 weeks diet laki 6 za madafu, kha! Na kitimoto na mbuzi hauli!)
