    good morning,..nimekuwa na tatizo la kuwa mwembamba sana kiasi cha kunifanya nijione tofauti na wenzangu!...lakini katika research zangu za kukabiliana na hili tatizo nikapewa taarifa na mtu aliyeko nje ya nchi kwamba {anabolic steroids} inaweza kunisaidia

    swali langu ni
    1.steroids zina madhara gani?
    2.steroids zinapatikana hapa nchini?
    3.na kama zipo hapa nchini,ntawezaje kuzipata??

    i'll be most greatfull if u help me because this problem of being skinny is killing my self-esteem

    What if u become overtly obese? Wouldn't it affect ur self esteem too?
    Of coz steroids zina madhara, sina specifics hapa. Ningekushauri ufanye mazoezi kwa kwenda gym ama dancing classes. Ule chakula vizuri kama 5 meals a day. Don't eat junk manake itakuletea maradhi.

    Believe in urself, there is more to u than ur body and shape. What makes the world a nicer place is the fact that we are so different in sizes and shapes. So worry out dearest, those who matters to u don't care how much u weigh!

    i tried that too,i went to the gym evry evening and eating healthy too but nothing happend thats why i'm thinking of using steroids huku nikiwa nafanya mazoezi....nitaweza kupata steroids kwenye maduka ya dawa ya kawaida??

    get prepared kushindwa kupiga bao, korodoni (pu...m) kunyauka na kuwa ndogo. kushindwa pata watoto, magonjwa ya moyo, liver cancer , diabetes, nk. hizo ni homorns, maduka ya kawaida ya dawa hayaruhusiwi kuziuza. jipende kema ulivyo. tatizo lako kwa sasa ni kutojiamini.

    You don't need to go that far yet. You can build a decent body without the use of human growth hormones.

    I might be able to help you but I've got a few questions in order to see where you are at before I can give you any advice on what to do in order to bulk up.

    Do you workout? If so, what's the frequency? What kind of exercises do you incorporate in your training regimen?

    What's in your nutrition? Do you eat more carbs? Protein?

    What kind of nutritional supplements are you currently using?

    yes i work out,i run for like four kilometres per day and i also do light weight lifting and push ups
    my diet mostly consists of proteins,carbohydrates and vitamins,but i consume more carbohydrates than other foods

    kwa navoskia hizo ni side effects ukitumia hizo steroids sana but me nataka nitumie kidogo tu ili niongeze muscle mass kidogo

    What kind of weight resistance exercises do you specifically do? Bench press? Squats? Lat pull downs?

    Why do you lift light weights? How many times do you lift?

    And what source of proteins do you eat? Steak? Chicken? Egg whites?

    Do you drink any protein shakes/ weight gainer?

    hi,sometimes i do squats....i lift weights just to keep my arms in shape,i lift them twice/thrice a week
    i get my proteins from eggs,meat,chicken and fish....
    i never tried using any protein shakes

    I see...

    It looks like you have plateaued and you need to change your whole regimen.

    I suggest you start doing compound exercises and don't be afraid to go heavy. Going heavy is key to building mass.

    Go heavy, push yourself harder, eat right, get enough rest and slowly you'll start seeing the changes.

    Remember to utilize the 'muscle confusion' technique. Also, start drinking protein shakes if you can get them where you are.
