    Napenda kuwashirikisha ndg zangu juu ya mpango wangu wa kufungua kiwanda cha maji ya kunywa.nataka kufahamu juu mahitaji ya na vifaa muhimu kwa wale wote amabao wanafahamu najuu ya soko.kuhusu mtaji ninao wakutosha kabisa wadau ondoeni shaka.najuwa kwa njia moja au nyingine kutakuwa naajira kama nitafanikiwa kufungua na nafsi nitazitangaza hapa jf.Wadau mniambie mahitaji yote mhm na wapi naweza pata.Natanguliza shukuran za dhati kwa wot wanaJF.

    Inabidi ufanye utafiti mkubwa ktk mambo mawili, chanzo cha maji yako na soko la kuanzia. Juzi nilikuwa Iringa mjini,nikapewa maji ya Ndanda Lindi wakati kuna maji ya Africa na haya mapya ya pale Ilula, sasa ukiwa na chanzo cha maji kinachohitaji gharama kubwa ktk kuyasafisha(filtration process cost) maji lazima utapata taabu ktk soko.

    Pili inabidi uwe mjanja ktk survey ya soko,mwanzo ilikuwa rahisi,unakwenda ktk mji wo wote mikoani na unaanzisha plant na wenyeji wa mkoa huo wanakuwa ndio wateja wako wa mwanzo,mambo yamebadilika sana,kama nilivyo kuonyesha maji ya Ndanda yanauzwa Iringa mjini ambako kuna viwanda viwili vya maji.

    Usiogope wingi wa viwanda, panga mikakati kwa kuingia na bidhaa zenye ubora.

    Isiwe tu kupania kuanza mradi wa maji ya kunywa kwani biashara hiyo imeshamiri sana siku hizi. Angalia kwanza ubora wa bidhaa yako. Jaribu kufanya kwanza survey ya vijito vinavyotoa maji safi, bora na yenye ladha nzuri, ukifanikiwa hilo utawapiga kikumbo wale wanatumia gharama kubwa kuprocess maji hadi yapokeleke kwa matumizi ya kunywa.

    Pili jaribu kuwaona wengine wenye viwanda kama hivyo ili kupata ushauri mzuri na wa kufaa ili uwezeje kuboresha biashara yako. Si wafanya biashara wote wenye moyo mkunjufu, ila kuna wachache waso na kinyongo watakupa ushauri wa kufaa sana.

    Binafsi ningekushauri kitu kingine tofauti kidogo, kama kutengeneza juice na kuipake kwenye chupa na kuziuza, maana wengi wamechoshwa na vinywaji vya coca na pepsi ununuzi wa kubadilisha chupa. Siku hizi watu wanataka uhuru na mali anayonunua na hata kama unasafiri huhitaji kutembea na chupa za ziada kwa ajili ya kununulia soda au bia.

    Biashara hii ipo vizuri, kwanza kabisa usiogope swala la kwamba kuna maji mengi. Ni kweli maji yapo mengi lakini ukiangalia data bado watanzania wengi wanakunywa maji ya kuchemsha, mbili maji mengi faida ni 60% sababu maji is free commodity. Cha kwanza kabisa kabla ya kujua utatoa wapi maji, weka business plan yako chini kisha tafuta mtu mwenye uwezo wa kusoma na kuelewa business plan muombe aitoe makosa, afanyie smell test kuona kama ina pass.

    Kwenye proposal yako jambo kubwa sana ni sales literature na distribution plan. Ukiweza kutuliza kichwa na kutoa product yenye good quality na competitive price na ukatengeneza sales plan ya ukweli, nakupa less than 5 years lazima utakuwa na at least 5-10% market share kwa Tanzania. Kikubwa hapa ni jinsi utakavyo fanya branding ili uwe tofauti na wengine wote. Mfano, nimewaza kipindi fulani kutengeneza high end bottle water kama parrier au Voss ambapo lazima designing ya chupa iwe juu sana na quality ya maji yawe na PH ya world standard. Lakini hii lazima uwe na pesa ya kutosha kufanya advertisement sababu ya watu unao walenga.     Tuje kwenye production yenyewe, kwanza inategemea vyanzo vya maji. Kama unataka kufanya reverse osmosis haijalishi maji unayatoa wapi. Vifaa vya kuanzia kuchonga chupa (mold) mpaka equipment za kuchuja maji, kujaza kemikali na kuyaweka kwenye chupa jumla yake ni USD 50,000. Hiyo ni china.
