    Mimi ni practioner wa Microfinance kwa zaidi ya muongo mmoja, naendesha kampuni inaitwa Chakarika Credit Facility ambayo ni limited by guarantee. Kazi imekuwa ikienda vizuri sana kwa maana ya kuwa na wateja na pia marejesho mazuri na wateja kuboresha biashara zao (maisha).

    Hatua ambayo kampuni imefikia ni hatua ya kupanuka (scalling up) tatizo ni mtaji. Nimejaribu kufuatilia mkopo kutoka mabenki, kwa kweli masharti yao ni magumu sana, hayatoi nafasi kwa kampuni changa kama hii, licha ya kwamba prospect ya biashara ni kubwa sana sana, hasa kwa vile nimekuwa kwenye hii sekta kwa muda mrefu sana.

    Nahitaji mkopo wa kati ya Tsh 50,000,000- 100,000,000 kwa riba isiyozidi 10- 12% kwa mwaka ili niweze kupata spread ya kutosha kulipa mkopo, gharama za uendeshaji, kulipa madeni chechefu, na kukuza mtaji pia. Muda wa mkopo unaweza kuwa mwaka mmoja na kuendelea kwa marejesho ya kila mwezi au kila kota.....ila nitaomba kipindi cha neema cha angalau mwezi mmoja niweze kukopesha kabla sijaanza kulipa.

    Tunaweza kufanya makubaliano yoyote ambayo lender atakuwa comfortable kwayo kunipatia mkopo huu.

    Ngoja nikusaidie ili usiendelee kuumiza kichwa:
    Nikikukopesha mil 100 kwa fixed interest rate ya 12% utarejesha 112 mil baada ya mwaka mmoja.
    1. Mpaka march 2012, inflation ilikua 19%, na inaendelea kupanda. Inamaana real interest rate ni 12%-19%= -7%
    Hapa nitapata hasara ya mil 7.

    2. Kwa mfumuko wa bei unavyoenda, mwaka 2010, inflation ilikua 12%, mwaka huu 19%.
    Hili ni ongezeko la 57%, kwa hiyo consumer price index (CPI) ni 157% au 1.57. Thamani ya pesa utakayo rejesha (112,000,000) itakua ni 71,337,579.62. ( real income = norminal income/CPI).

    3. Sasahivi interest ya bond BoT ambayo ni risk free ni kati ya 12% na 14%.

    4. wengi wenye hizo mil 100 za kumkopesha mtu wanayajua haya. kwahiyo mzee hapo sijui kama utafanikiwa kumtapeli mtu yeyote

    Nashukuru sana kwa uchambuzi mzuri....kwa kweli mimi sio mtaalamu wa fedha (analyst) ila najua mfumuko wa bei utapungua kwa angalau 6% kuanzia June 2012 baada ya mavuno kuanza. Kimsingi anayeweza hasa kukopesha ni mtu yule ambaye ana idle funds au kaziweka benki tu au ni philanthropist lakini kama ni mwekezaji hasa ni kweli anahitaji kufanya uchambuzi ulioufanya. Tatizo ukichukua kwa riba ya 20% kwa mwaka utalazimika kukopesha kwa riba kubwa sana ambayo aidha itawaumiza wakopaji au utashindwa kupata wateja....changamoto ni namna ya kuziba hilo pengo.

    What is your comfort zone? amini kabisa sikumaanisha kumtapeli mtu.....

    Nina nyumba maeneo ya Sinza Dar sijaithamanisha bado lakini kuijenga (2010) iligharimu zaidi ya 90m hivyo thamani yake kwa sasa yaweza kuwa zaidi kidogo

    Nimekupata vizuri. Nakushauri tafuta mtu wa kuleta mtaji mfanye biashara pamoja, iwe kama vile unamuuzia hisa au Joint venture. hapo unaweza kufanikiwa kirahisi. Pia waone watu unaohisi wanaweza kuwa nazo direct uwashawishi kwani unaprogress Vizuri sana.

    Mf. waone viongozi hao wa makanisa wana hela hawajui hata wapeleke wapi. pia waone baadhi ya wanasiasa, wanahela wanatafuta pa kuzificha. kama ni za kifisadi au sio we haikuhusu! Aproach yako au mtu utakaemtumia ndio determinat ya kufanikiwa.

    Mkuu naona hitaji lako, lakini kusema mtu akukopeshe kwa interest ndogo kiasi hicho ni ngumu sana kama mdau alivyosema hapo juu hizo rate ziko below hata BOT base lending rate ambazo ni kwa riks free kama Govt bonds N.k.

    Suala kubwa hapo ni present value for money ambapo thamani ya hiyo pesa utakayorudisha mwakani kwa sasa ni ndogo kuliko pesa unayopewa kwa sababu ya inflation, purchasing power ya pesa n.k. hivyo hilo suala ni gumu labda kama ni interval ya less tha 3months.

    Sijui unakopesha kundi fulani la jamii au random tu~? Unaweza kuandaa proposal ya kuonyesha jinsi gani utoaji mikopo wako unasaidia jamii na jinsi wanvyonufaika na kuainisha jinsi gani ambavyo ukipewa mkopo wa kiasi tajwa utasaidia kuongeza manufaa kwa wananchi. Hapa inabidi uwe na testimonies kama picha n.k.

    Hakikisha proposal yako haina longolongo na pia unaonyesha commitment ya kurejesha mtaji ikiwemo hiyo nyumba yako kuonyesha upo serious na namna ya ulipaji.

    Kisha unapeleka proposal yako kwenye mashirika ya kusaidia microfinance kwa mfano FSDT Financial Sector Deepening Trust | FSDT Tanzania - Welcome na nyinginezo ambazo wewe kama mdau wa mkopo watakiwa kuzijua na kuzifahamu.

    Asante sana kwa ushauri mkuu.....hao FSDT nawafhamu sana hadi upate pesa hapo ni kazi kweli kweli wao wanapenda zaidi mambo ya kufadhili consultancy na study/research kuliko lending capital. Lakini hata hivyo nitakwenda kuongea nao nipate mawazo na ushauri zaidi.

    Unajua mtu badala ya kuweka fedha yako benki i.e savings a/c ambako riba yake ni ndogo sana ni bora ukakopesha taasisi kama hii ambapo faida utakayopata ni kubwa zaidi kwani pia utakuwa umesaidia jamiii

    Nakushauri kuwa mbunifu kama kweli una nia,tafuta mtu maarufu uliyenae mtaani kwako hata mbunge wako mshirikishe nia yako ya kuwakwamua watz kuongeza kipato chao na mshauri muandae fund raising ili kutunisha mfuko nia hapa sio kupata pesa bali nikuifanya ijulikane na uongeze namba ya wanahisa na access ya hizo loan.
    Pia waweza fatilia vikundi mbalimbali ukaunganisha navyo nguvu ili uongeze mtaji acha ubinafsi toa fursa ili ufikie ndoto yako.

    Mkuu unakopesha watu gani na hadi shs ngapi? Wewe unatoza riba (interest) ya asilimia ngapi na masharti yako mengine yakoje?
