    Habarini ya mapumziko?

    Naomba msaada wenu kupata maelekezo juu ya Biashara ya Chumvi.

    Nataka kuwekeza kwenye usagaji na upakiaji wa chumvi ya baharini kwa matumizi ya binadamu na mifugo. Shughuli yangu itakuwa kununua chumvi toka kwa wamiliki wa mabirika ya chumvi halafu nitasaga, niweke Iodine na kupakia katika vifuko vya ujazo mbalimbali, kisha nitasambaza kwa wauzaji wa Jumla. Soko langu tarajiwa ni Kanda ya Ziwa

    Naomba msaada wa uzoefu toka kwa yeyote aliyewahi kufanya Biashara katika sekta hii. Na mambo ambayo sina ufahamu nayo ni pamoja na:

    • Nahitaji machine (mfano grinder) za aina gani, nitazipata wapi na vigezo gani nitumie kuzichagua?
    • Nahitaji leseni na vibali vya aina gani kufanya hii Biashara rasmi?
    • Mambo gani ni muhimu kuzingatia toka awali ili kuepuka hasara?

    Natanguliza shukrani kwa wale woote watakao nipa mwangaza.

    Aren't you going the other way round na maswali yako especially hilo la tatu kabla ya kuuliza hasara utakayo ipata wewe kwanza ulitakiwa binafsi uwe umeshafanya risk assessment ya hilo soko kabla ujaingia kichwa kichwa kupoteza hela zako au kujipatia faida zako hiyo ndio ingekuwa sababu yako kuu ya kufanya hiyo biashara au la.

    Maana hayo maswali yamekaa kama mtu aliyeona tu chumvi akapata idea ya biashara, bila ya kujua kama soko lipo ama la, ya chumvi ya kusaga. Ungekuwa umefanya kazi yako tayari ungejua ni wapi target zako zipo kwa sana, kama kwa wanyama au binadamu na bei za soko zikoje na gharama zako za uzalishaji zipoje hapo kaka ndio unajua kama unafiada au hasara. Inaonekana auna hata business plan kutokana na maswali yako.

    Elewa vema ombi langu

    Pamoja na ukarimu wako kuchangia hapa, yawezekana hukuwa mlengwa. Maana mlengwa angetoa uzoefu na ushauri wa kisekta zaidi ambao hata academician angetambua kuwa hiyo ni sehemu ya vyanzo vya kufanya assessment na kisha kuchukua maamuzi. Nani akiisha chagua mchumba ndo anaenda kuomba ushauri kama mchumba anafaa au hafai?


    Asante kwa mtazamo na ushauri. Nami nitakushauri kuwa uzoefu niliojifunza kwenye uwanja wa biashara, ni kwamba mtu aliye too academic hawezi biashara. Akijaribu ataishia kuandika huo mpango wa biashara na kila akifika kwenye mizania ya mahesabu anaona hasara tu au faida kiduchu. Na hatma yake ni kuja na hitimisho "hakuna bishara inayolipa"

    mkuu hii biashara sijawahi kuifanya lakini nafaamu mwambao wa bahari wa bagamoyo ukivuka mitaa ya majani mapana kuna wenyeji wanatengeneza chumvi ya bahari kwa njia za asili.. best way kwako ni kufanya nao mazungumzo ili ufahamu undani wa gharama from ground level, baada ya hapo utaweza kufahamu ile raw salt ipo ktk kiwango gani, inahitaji nini cha ziada kuwa chumvi kamili na hivyo itakuwezesha kufahamu na kuplan aina ya processing machine itakayohitajika.

    Chumvi pendwa asili huwa ina bei nzuri sokoni kuliko za wiwandani kwahiyo na wewe ni lazima ushirikishe mbinu asili kwa kuwatumia wenyeji ili uweze kumantain % kubwa ya uasili na mahitaji makubwa ya soko.

    Nakushukuru sana kwa mchango wako muluha. Nilifahamu fika kuwa ukija hapa utanipa mawili, matatu ya kuniongoza kwenda mbele. Ndo sababu ya kukaribisha kwa tag.

    Sijafanya mazungumzo na watu wa B'moyo bali niko katika majadiliano na wamiliki wa Mabirika ya chumvi pale Kilwa-Pwani. Na kila kitu kimeenda sawa katika hatua za awali. Nawategemea wao waniuzie chumvi ikiwa bado haijasagwa halafu mie nitasaga, nitapaki na kusambaza. Hivyo hitaji langu kubwa zaidi liko katika kujua aina za machine za kusaga na mambo mengine katika mlolongo wa biashara hii.

    Asante kwa kusifia display yangu na unakaribishwa kujiunga katika ukilima na usindikaji wa viungo vya vanilla.

    kaka hiyo ni venture yako na wewe umekuja hapa kuomba ushauri ndio umeweka specifics za watu ambao ungeomba wachangie. Lakini kuna walakini kwenye msaada ulioutaka sasa kama kuna mtu hajui biashara zinaanzishwa vipi (kuna mambo mengi ya msingi umwemwachia). Mfano unaposema mashine, leseni na kuokoa hasara tayari kuna financial risks hapo. Huyo jamaa anaekwambia huhitaji business plan tayari anakuongopea.

    Wewe unaweza vipi jua hasara zako au faida zako kama una hata projection za quantity utazo zalisha, gharama zako za biashara na faida zako, maana source ya income inatoka wapi kama ni hela yako si tatizo na kama kuna loan then lazima ujue where your heading, especially when debt is called. Sasa kweli unaweza vipi kumuuliza mtu mambo gani ya kuzingatia hasara wakati mtu ajui hiyo bidhaa hipo aimed kwa nani na sokoni inategemewa kuuzwa kiasi gani na ushindani ukoje.

    Halafu unasema huitaji business plan, maana huto mshauri mzushi anasema hata huyo jamaa aliekuwa anataka kuuza sabuni alishalenga for 0.5% of chinese market na alikuwa anajuwa ukubwa wa soko lake na targeted consumers before that. Sasa sisi tutajuaje una aim wapi na gharama za bidhaa zako zikifika dukani ili watu wakushauri kama kwa bei hiyo utaumia unless uzalishe kiasi gani na mambo mengine meeengi katikati. Si ajabu hata huyo Mengi anashindwa kulipa madeni yake kwa kuvamia tu vitu.

    Nikufahamishe tu kuwa niko Alibaba na katika e-commerce sites nyinine kitamba kidogo. Tatizo katika technology sourcing ni jinsi ya ku- specify kwa usahihi machine au technology inayokufaa na ambayo si obsolete na wala haitakuwa na idle capacity kubwa au low capacity. Hapa lazima uhitaji ushauri wa mtu aliyebobea katika nyanja husika. Ni bahati mbaya sana katika Tanzania, Wajasiriamali tusio na elimu ndo tunazifundisha Taasisi kama SIDO, TIRDO, TATEMDO, CoET (Chemical Processing Eng) katika nyanja ya Teknolojia kujua ipi inastahili na kufaa katika mazingira yetu badala ya wao ndo watuongoze na kutufundisha sisi.

    kupata machine si tatizo kwa ulimwengu wa sasa, tatizo linakuja kwenye kuamua machine ipi ya kununua, Vigezo vya kuchagua machine nzuri ni hapo chini

    - machine yenye uwezo wa kutumia different sources of energy eg electrical power & kerosene & diesel & mechanical power. Hii kitu ni muhimu c'se umeme wa tz hautabiriki.. haipendezi ku_stop/ delay production kipindi cha mgao au hitilafu za umeme, ukiwa na machine ya namna hii utakuwa na uhakika wa kufanya kazi wakati wote. Pia itakusaidia kufanya kazi kipindi ambacho umeme hauna nguvu ya ku run machine [capable to move from one energy source to another]

    - power consumption, machine nzuri ni ile inayotumia nguvu ndogo ya umeme, machine ya namna hii itakusaidia kupunguza gharama za uendeshaji. Ukishafahamu machine inatumia nguvu kiasi gani ndio utaweza kujua gharama za uzalishaji na uendeshaji na mwisho utaweza kujua faida/hasara utakayoipata. [eg machine A --4600kwh, machine B ---4750kwh ukiaudit hizi machine 2 kwa mwaka utakuta "B" imepoteza kiasi kikubwa sana cha faida even though energy difference was only 150kwh]

    - efficiency nayo ni kitu muhimu, i.e unasaga kg ngapi kwa saa, granules rate etc

    - machine nzuri ile yenye yenye blocks 2/3 na isiyo na internal components nyingi(electrical components, connectors etc) c'se unapokuwa na components nyingi ndio unavyoongeza defect chances... & due to electrical instability of tz.. utakuwa unaunguza internal parts kila siku --> need to buy more spare parts & hence rise in maintenance costs. [too manual machine is better than auto ones].

    - upatikanaji wa spare parts, ukizingatia hapo juu halitakuwa tatizo kwako, usinunue complex machines itakuumiza kwa mazingira ya tz. Products za china si za kuamini sana, nakumbuka SIDO walikuwa na machine za namna hii zisizo na makolombwezo mengi

    what naeza kunena kwa sasa,1stly sory for being late kuchangia hii kitu but nitakapo pata rasmi muda nitachangia kwa kina though sina kabisaaaaaa uzoefu katika biashara ya chumvi lakini nachoweza sema you did the right choice at right people ambao kwa jicho ama fikra ya biashara mimi siwaiti people nawaita potential buyers...
    go on...ata akitokea nani leo akakwambia he/she will pay you ones you stop or quit doing it coz u got potential sana...
