    Heshima mbele wakuu!nilikua naomba kueleweshwa sababu za waajiri wengi hapa kwetu tanzania kupenda kuajiri watu ambao hawajasomea fani zao husika,mfano unakuta nafas ya kaz ilyotangazwa ni ya uhasibu but anaeajiriwa pale ni mtu mwenye shahada ya kilimo,vle vle kazi za bank nimekua nikiona wakiajiriwa watu wenye shahada za sociology,kilimo nk na wkt huo huo graduate wenye fani husika wakiachwa!naomben kuelimishwa kuhusu hli suala wakuu,lmekua likintatiza sana.

    Ndugu mdau si kwamba waajiri wanapenda hivyo hapana, bali ni tz yetu inavyopenda uchakachuaji.
    Nasi siku hiz hatufanyii kazi wito au career mana unakuta mtu keshaombea kazi alichosomea hadi amechoka mwisho wa cku anaanza kubahatisha popote na kushirikisha (big pipozzz) sasa anapopata hajali kasomea nini yeye bora mkono kinywani. Na kazi bwana ukishaizoea hata kama c career yako unafanya vizuri hata bosi anakukubali na unajua kama utakuwa umejipeleka kwa shida hata mshahara utapewa kidogo hapa bosi atasema kwanza c profesional yako kijana ngoja nikucheck kidogo then nitakuongeza kitu kidogo na hapo imetoka. Upo hapoooooo?

    Kuna kazi ambazo ni technical hizo ni lazima uwe umesomesa kama Udaktari, uwalimu, uhasibu, engineers, bwana shamba, bwana mifugo, urubani ila hawa wao wanaweza ku diversify to banks, tourism, marketing etc ila nitashangaa kama utaniambia bwana kilimi anaweza kufanya kazi za urubani au engineering

    Kweli mleta hoja siku izi mambo yamebadilika sana,si unajua nini wala unaweza nini,ni unamjua nani na una cheti chochote? Ili linapelekea watu kuharibu kazi alafu utasikia mhasibu kaharibu kumbe ni mhasibu wa kuchonga. Kama ulivosema,sana sana fani zilizoingiliwa ni za kihasibu, za mabenki, na za uchumi. Tatizo ili lilianzia kwenye mabenki baada ya kuona professionals wanadai malipo makubwa wakageukia wale wenye utaalam wa fani nyingine ambao hata wakidai stahiki zao wanakumbushwa kuwa kwanza wapo kazini kwa huruma,basi hapo utulia kabisa. Mfano,ukienda Akiba banki, Access bank na finca,utakuta credit officers ni graduates wa socialogy,public administratiön, psychology,political science,education n.k. Kwa kuwa hamna sheria au kanuni za kuajiri,huwezi kumlaumu yeyote awe mwajiri au mwajiriwa. Mwajiri yupo ktk kutafuta unafuu/cheap labour,na mwajiriwa anatafuta green pasture,kwa iyo wote ujikuta wanafaidi. Tukumbuke pia hatuwezi kutaka mwenye CPA alaf amlipe laki 3au 4,hapana. Izingatiwe ni wazi kuwa fani izi zinalipa vizuri zaidi ya izo zingine. Nlishawahi kuchangia apa jf kwenye mada ya mmoja wetu aliyetaka ushauri akianza kwa kusema kuwa yeye ni mhasibu apo moshi ila alisoma Business administration. Alaf baadae unalaumu wafanyakazi wameharibu kazi!au wamekimbia na mil800,n.k hayo ndo matunda ya kuajiri mtu asiye na maadili ya kazi. Natoa mfano,kuna fani sitazitaja ktk gvt.levels wao mshahara huishia Tgs D,labda akaongeze elimu au apande cheo ,wakati kwa fani za biashara ktk sekta binafsi mtu anaanza kazi na TgsD zidisha mara nne au tano. Sasa uyu wa TgsD akipewa kazi ya lak6 au 7 au 9 atarudi huko?au atakimbilia green pasture? Twende upande wa kukwapua maela, ivi mtu anayepata mshahara wa mil 1.2 mpaka 1.5 anaweza kuiba ela aliyokabidhiwa na kampuni mfano mil15 au ishirini na akaacha kazi kwenda mafichoni wakati yeye akiamua kukopa anapewa mpaka mil20??? Ata ukichukua mshahara wake kwa mwaka unafika ela iyo,sasa anaweza kuiba na kuacha kazi?jibu ni Hapana,watu wanakwapua kwa kukosa maadili ya kazi na tamaa zao. Kwa kuhitimisha,hapa hamna wa kulaumiwa,tupo ktk free economy,elements za quality Vs quantity, demand Vs supply, cost effective, pricing of factors of production ndo zinaplay role. Tuzingatie pia kuwa kugawa mikopo hakuitaji digree,ni kuchukua pesa na kuigawa ktk kanuni za waliokutuma. Hali hii haitabadilika mpaka hapo tutakapokuwa na sheria za professional requirements. Haya ni mawazo na mtazamo wangu.

    asilimia kubwa unachosoma shule ni theory ambayo inakusaidia kuwa na uelewa mpana, lakini kazini kuna mambo tofauti kama softwares, application program n.k. Hivyo basi hata ambae hajasoma fani husika (ukiacha udaktari, architecture na engineer) anaweza kujifunza na kuelewa kwa muda mfupi taratibu za kazi kutegemea na skills zake pengine kumzidi hata aliesomea hiyo fani. Mara nyingi degree ni basics tu, baadhi ya employer wanaangalia skills zaidi.
