    Nimekuwa na tabia ya kufanya punyeto na ni kwa muda mrefu kiasi kwamba hata nahisi kupungukiwa na nguvu za kiume!! Hivi kuna tiba gani mana ninapokutana na mwanamke kileleni ni dakika 2 tu. Lakini goli hata nne tano zinafika sijui mwenzenu nifanyeje naomba msaada mana tabia hii yanikera

    Mkuu hilo ni tatizo linalowakabili vijana wengi katika jamii zetu.Mara nyingi nyeto ina madhara psychologically na physically.Psychologically ni pale unapokuwa huna hamu ya msichana au kuwa na tabia ya kuona msichana si kitu kwako sababu akili inakuambia kuwa alichonacho unakipata bila usumbufu,pia tendo hilo linaharibu hata mawazo yako na hata ukimuona binti mrembo kakatiza mbele yako utakimbilia sehemu kwenda kulipia.Physically ni mbaya zaidi kwa sababu tendo hilo ukilifanya mara kwa mara linamaliza body fluids hasa kwenye magoti na joints nyinginezo.Itafikia wakati utashindwa hata kutembea kwa sababu ya maumivu kama ukiendelea na tabia hiyo.Ukitaka kuamini jaribu kukimbia au kufanya exercise yoyote inayohusisha movement ya joints zako kisha sikilizia feeling kwenye joints hizo.Lakini vile vile nyeto sio mbaya kama utaweza kujicontrol na kufanya atleast once in two weeks,utakuwa healthy na tamaa ya ngono hutakuwa nayo lakini kama ukitaka kupiga bao tatu kwa siku na baada ya siku mbili unarudia basi mjomba itakuwa imekula kwako na usubiri maumivu tu maana kuna jamaa alifungwa jela miezi tisa akawa kila siku yeye na nyeto,nyeto na yeye alipofikisha mwezi wa nane akawa hawezi kutembea na madaktari walipompima wakakuta magoti yamekufa hivyo ili kumwokoa ikabidi wamkate miguu juu ya magoti.Sasa uko tayari kwa hilo ndugu?Mungu akubariki uachane na tabia hiyo.
