    Katika maisha haya tunayoishi,niliwahi kuambiwa mafaniko ni matokeo ya utekelezaji wa mawazo na utumiaji wa fursa sahihi katika wakati sahihi,yaani kwa ki ulaya "money follows great ideas", katika kupitia magazeti ya 'kizungu' nikakutana na sentensi hii pia "The starting point of all achievement is desire. Weak desire brings weak results" yenye maana chanzo cha mafanikio ni ile hamu ya kufanikiwa,hamu hafifu uleta matokeo hafifu,yawezekana tafsiri yangu isiwe sawa ila kwa jinsi ilivyo hapa kwetu itakuwa imeeleweka

    Kufanikiwa kibiashara katika ulimwengu wa sasa kuna maanisha uwepo wa wazo lenye kuleta suluhisho kwa wengine yaani falsafa ya tatizo lako kipato changu, uwepo wa wazo lenye kurahisisha kazi kwa wengine linaweza kukuhakikishia kukuwa kwa biashara yako kwakuwa kunahakikisha uwepo wa wateja wa uhakika

    Uwezekano wa kuwapata wateja unafanya uhitaji wa biashara kusajiliwa kwenye mamlaka mbalimbali ilikuweza kuwa na 'uhai wa kisheria' hapa itategemeana na aina ya biashara ambayo mtu ameamua kuianzisha,uhai wa kisheria unatoa fursa biashara kuwa huru kutafuta fursa sehemu yoyote ile na hapa ndiyo hatua ya biashara inapoanza.

    Kuanza kwa biashara hakumaanishi kufanikiwa katika soko husika; siri ya kufanikiwa katika soko ni kufahamu aina ya wateja unaowataka na uliowachagua,kufahamu upatikani wao na mahitaji yao;gharama ya wao kupata huduma,namna unavyoweza kuwahudumia tofauti na wafanyabiashara wengine,namna unavyoweza kuheshimu muda wao na jinsi unavyoweza kuwa 'flexible' katika huduma zako kulingana na aina ya mteja.

    'Flexibility' inakuhakikishia wateja wa uhakika kwakuwa kila atakayekuja anajua tatizo lake litapata ufumbuzi.Jukumu la kuitangaza biashara linaweza kuwa dogo kwakuwa waliowahi kuwa wateja wako watakuwa mabalozi wazuri na kukutengnezea 'customer network' ambayo ni muhimu kuliko matangazo.

    Mkuu, Nkandi, umeeleweka sawia mfumo wa biashara ulimwenguni umebadilika sana na hasa kwenye sekta ya huduma (service industry), hapa lazima kutengeneza mtandao unaoigusa jamii kwa upana na kuleta suluhisho katika jamii husika. Kwa mfano hua ninaguswa sana na kichwa kilicholeta idea ya Mobile money maarufu kama M-Pesa, kwa jinsi jamii inavyoguswa na hii huduma na mtandao wake ulivyo sambaa, Hela lazima ikufuate mpaka uvunguni penda usipende.     kweli kaka, ideas watu wanazo...hata mimi niliwahi kupeleka proposal sehemu,imeibiwa....ingawa haijafanikiwa lakini aliyepeleka kwa mlango wa nyuma aliwauzia pesa nzuri....Tabia ya watu wenye access kuwadhulumu watu kwa hapa kwetu imekuwa ni tabia inayojiimalisha na ubaya hata ukisajili,wanabadili mambo mengine hili na wao wasajili pia...so ni tatizo kubwa ambalo litatakiwa kupatiwa ufumbuzi

    Mwanahisa,siri kubwa ya mhindi kufanikiwa ni faida ya Tshs.100 ambayo akihudumia wateja 10000...ni sawa na 100*10000=1,000,000 kwa hiyo mzunguko wake unakuwa mzuri kibiashara,sisi tunapenda faida ya hela nyingii hivyo tunaona biashara kitu kigumu sana..kumbe siyo

    Mkuu hii yakwako nimeipenda sana. Inashangaza watu wengine wanaipita hivihivi wakiona yenye mvuto wa kimapenzi lundo wataisemea. kwa kweli njoo na nyingine nyingi za namna hii tufaidi. Naona pia hii elimu ya ujasiria mali iwe sehemu muhimu katika mitaala yetu. tugeuze vitu na huduma viwe mali.

    Mkuu pongezi kwa kutoa mawazo yako kulingana na hali halisi ya soko letu hapa nyumbani. Lakini naomba nitofautiane nawe kidogo katika mistari niliweka rangi nyekundu. Definition yoyote ya "business" ina element ya faida (profit or return on investment), hivyo kwa tafsiri yako kuwa watu wasiingie kwenye biashara kwa ajili ya kutengeneza pesa sio sahihi. Biashara yoyote ina uwekezaji na hakuna mtu anayetaka kuwekeza rasilimali bila kupata zaidi ya alichowekeza. Labda kuiweka sawa tunaweza kusema, tatizo la wafanyabiashara wa kitanzania wanataka hiyo faida kubwa isivyo na uhalisia (high expectations which are incompatible to the reality). Kuhusu, Wachina kuuza bidhaa zao kwa wateja wao kwa bei nafuu, inaweza kuelezewa na mambo mengi ikiwepo aina ya soko (market segment) wanalolihudumia, ubora wa bidhaa wanayoiuza katika soko hilo na mkakati wao wa masoko (marketing strategies) nk. Hata hivyo hili ni somo pana katika uhalisia wake.

    Nadhani alicho kua anamaanisha ni kuwa, watu tunataka profit margin kubwa sana mpaka tunakumbiza wateja... usimpe mtu huduma anaondoka analalamika kuwa kitu chako ni ghali sana lakiniafanyeje..... akiondoka ananung'unika basi ujue umeshapoteza huyo....! Pamoja na kuwa Focus yako ni kutoa huduma inaambatana na ujira...wako (faida), focus yako ilkiwa ni faida ili uwe tajiri utauza ghali ili uwe tajiri

    Tatizo na biashara za "mswahili" zinaendeshwa kijanja janja zaidi. Mfano bei ya biadha au huduma inategemea muonekano wa mteja! Ukionekana mtu wa vijisenti basi bei itapanda maradufu. Binafsi nilihamia supermarket kwa mahitaji yote vyakula/consumer electronics/nguo etc. Hapa Kila kitu transparent na biadhaa zote zimetiwa price tag, hivo kuokoa bugdha ya kuuliza bei.
