    Nimekuwa mteja wa Airtel kwa muda mrefu sana,lakini tabia yao kukwepa kutoa msaada kwa wakati linaudhi sana,utakuta unapiga simu customercare lakini unachoambulia ni matangazo marefu yasiyo na msaada unaouhitaji,

    Ukiacha hilo la wahudumu lingine ni hili la Bahati nasibu ambazo hazieleweki zinazokula hela za wateja wasio na hatia bila kusahau hili la kuahidi kutoa 200MB kila unapoongeza muda wa hewani,THEY ARE NOT OPEN na ukijaribu kutuma sms kama wanavyoelekeza unaambiwa hauna MB yeyote,hakuna pa kuuliza!!

    Naomba kama AIRTEL WANANIPATA WANIPE MAJIBU SAHIHI,au kama kuna mwanaJF anayeweza kunipa soln anisaidie,VINGINEVYO KUNA HAJA YA KUWASHTAKI TUME YA MAWASILIANO au BARAZA LA USHINDANI.

    Nilishapiga simu siku mbili mfululizo na sikuwapata hao wanaojiita huduma kwa wateja.Nilikasirika sana ikabidi niende kwenye office yao ndio nikapata msaada ambao si kwa wakati.WANAUDHI SANA.Awali walikuwa very active !Kuna mtu yupo hapa JF anadai ni mwakilish wa airtel ngoja aje!

    Yaani suala la kupiga simu customer service haya makampuni ya simu ni kero kubwa, yote huwa hawapokei lakini uende ofisini kwao. Nilipoteza simu siku kwa siku nne nilikuwa napiga simu ili waifunge lakini hakuna siku nilipokelewa mpaka nilipofika dar na kwenda ofisini kwao wakati huo karibu credit yote imeisha tumika. Mpaka sasa nina hasira nao sana

    Natumia mtandao wa Airtel tangu umeanza ila ukweli ni kwamba kero ni nyingi kuliko faida nashindwa kuwaacha maana namba hii nimeizoea kwa muda mrefu sana ila ki ukweli wanakera kuliko tunavyolalamika maana watu wengi wengi hatuna muda wa kulumbana hasa na computer zao zizotujibu kwa matangazo yasiyo na idadi

    Nimekupata lakini sikubaliani na maelezo yako,naamini unawaonea hawa ndugu(maeneo ya kishapu,katesh,babati,shinyanga,mtwara (haswa masasi),rorya,tandahimba...)HATA KAMA NI KWELI JE NDO SABABU YA KUTOPATIKA NA KWA WAKATI KWA WATEJA WENGINE?
    1.naomba muanzishe huduma ya wateja kwa malipo tupo tayari kulipa ili kupata huduma sahihi na kwa wakati.
    2.Mbona wenzenu Voda wanajali wateja hadi huduma za nipige tafu wameanzisha?mnashindwa nini.
    3.Mwisho naomba muwe mnatoa ufafanuzi wa gharama za huduma zenu badala ya kusema gharama zitatozwa au vigezo vitazingatiwa.

    ccr airtel, nashukuru kwa maelezo na ufafanuzi, lkn kama kuna wateja mpaka rorya ina maanisha mtandao una tanuka na customer base ina ongezeka which leads to you to add the number of your customer care staff

    Mitandao yote ni kero. AIRTEL wameshakuwa more than TIGO, vitu kibao wakati hawana uwezo navyo, sijui ndiyo kuwaua wenzao kisanii. Hiyo huduma yao ya kuhamisha basi nafikiri walifanikwa pale walipowatoa kwenye BITO kwenda kwenye basi la mchina but practically wako ZERO. ukipiga ile namba yao ya hamisha kuna watu wako DESPERATE wametoka nyumbani kwao hawajala au amepanda dala dala kakanyagwa akija pale ana majibu mabaya kuliko ya MAJI TAKA ya mikocheni uswahilini.

    Nahisi wewe hujakumbana na hiyo kero ndiyo maana unatupa story na siyo maelezo tunayataka utueleze.     Siye tuliyo nje ya nchi ktk mtandao wa One Network ndo tunalia kabsaaa! Yaani ukipigiwa simu au sms toka Tanzania salio lako linakwisha. Pia salio likiisha unakuwa hupatikani.! Gharama ya kupiga simu ukiwa Uganda kupitia Airtel Uganda kwa kutumia line ya Airtel Tanzania ni tsh.500 kwa dakika hata kama uongee sekunde mbili, wakati ukitumia Airtel Uganda kupiga nyumbani Airtel Tz unalipa Ugx 150 kama ukimaliza dakika nzma ila wanakata kwa sekunde, pesa hiyo sawa na jiti la madafu. Hiyo Airtel One Network ina maana gani kwetu? Mbona Vodacom Tanzania nikipigiwa sikatwi hata senti? Hata kifurushi cha data cha Voda kinatumika huku kupitia MTN UG, wakati kifurushi nilichonunua Airtel Tz hakitumiki kupitia Airtel Uganda. Airtel tz wamezidi wizi.!

    Kutaka kwenda kushtaki TCRA ni hatua nzuri coz ina maana unaelewa haki zako. Mi nakudokeza taratibu za kufuata, maana nilishawahi kufuatilia suala la namna hii. Kwanza kama hujaridhika hatua ya kwanza ni kwenda kwa mtoa huduma (in this case, airtel) na kuwaeleza tatizo lako (mfano unaweza ukaandika barua kwa airtel, copy TCRA), usiporidhika na response yao ndo unaenda TCRA-wana form za malalamiko online. Utajaza fomu hiyo na utahitaji uonyeshe kwamba uliwasiliana na mtoa huduma kabla ya kwenda TCRA. TCRA can then proceed from there...
