    Habari zenu waungwana. Nina wazo la kuwa mjasiria mali ili niachane kabisa na mambo ya kutegemea mshahara wa mwisho wa mwezi. Tatizo ninalokumbana nalo ni ukosefu wa skills juu ya mambo haya. Nahitaji kutumia muda wangu mdogo ninaokuwa free baada ya kazi ktk kujipatia kipato cha ziada.

    Ninahitaji ushauri juu ya:

    1. Jinsi ya kubuni mradi kulingana na mtaji ( usiozidi 5m.)
    2. Vitu vya kuzingati wakati wa kubuni mradi huo.

    Kama teyari unafanya kazi full time nadhani unaweza kufikiria kuanzisha biashara ambayo sio lazima uwepo ili iende so Duka, Bar, Mgahawa etc. Kama una ujuzi fulani ambao watu wapo teyari kuulipia hiyo nayo sio idea mbaya ila mda unaweza ukawa tatizo.

    By the way im a dr. Ila kiukweli most of the time natumika sana kazini. Kwa kiasi kikubwa kama nitaanzisha business, it means lazima nitatakiwa kuajiri mtu wa kuiendesha.

    Kwanza niseme kwamba umenichanganya kidogo kwan title inasema unataka kuwa mjasiriamali (unaomba ushauri), lakini ushauri unaoombwa unahusu namna ya kubuni mradi. Kwa hapa inatosha kusema kwamba, kunatofauti kubwa sana kati ya kuwa mjasiriamali, kufanya biashara na kujiajiri mwenyewe.

Kifupi ni kwamba unaweza kuwa [FONT=&amp]Corporate Entrapreneur [/FONT]bila kujiajiri. Kama unataka kujiajiri, basi zingatia ushauri wa Komandoo.     Hapo kazini kwenu, mpo wafanyakazi wangapi? Wakati wa lunch mnaenda kula wapi? Je wafanyakazi wanaridhika na huduma za chakula wanazozipata? …. (Unaweza ukajikuta unaanza na Catering Services, na Soko likawa ni hao wafanyakazi wenzio).

    But kabla hujatushushia hizo Nondo ni vyema ukaelewa muktadha wa hizo 3c's na namna Komando alivyozitumia, na nikupe angalizo kwamba huo mtaji unaingia kwenye Capacity. Nakubaliana nawe unaposema unaweza usifanikiwe, haswa kama unamaanisha biashara isikuwe sana, lakini ni lazima ufanikiwe kujiajiri kwan hizo 3C's ni nguzo muhimu.

    Labda nikuulize swali, mwanao (kama wewe ni mzazi) akikufuata na kukuomba mtaji kuwa anataka kujiajiri, utampima kwa vigezo gani kwanza?
    Je ni kwa nini walimu wengi wa ujasiriamali wanafundisha watu namna ya kujiajiri na kuendesha miradi lakini wao hata miradi ya ufugaji kuku hawana?

    3C's sio kila kitu ila kwa vigezo vyovyote vile ni nguzo muhimu kwa mjasiriamali anayetaka kujiajiri

    Mkuu nashukuru kwa ushauri, ila picha ninayopata hapa ni kwamba, kumbe I was wrong kufikiri kwamba kuwa na mtaji tu ndio kila kitu. Lakini pia nimeanza kupata mwanga kwa mbali kwamba niki implement hizo 3Cs nitafanikiwa.

    Ombi langu sasa naomba tujikite hapo ktk kubuni mradi kwa kizingatia hayo niliyosema hapo. Yes, mmenishauri kuhusu Cattering, hotel, bar etc. nimewaelewa, lakini pia napenda kuona options nyingi zaidi ili niwe na wide range of choice kulingana na mazingira niliyopo.

    Yaani nimesoma hizi post, matatizo matupu; watu hawajui hata unataka kufanya nini.. wameshaanza kuongelea 3 Cs? motivations? outlets? storage? WTF?

    kitu cha KWANZA kabisa inatakiwa UJUE nini unataka kufanya; haya mambo ya 3 Cs, sijui website, sijui ofisi rent, sijui simu za biashara, sijui leadership na book keeping YATAFUATA! wewe tueleze kwanza unataka kufanya nini?

    hawa watu wanaokupa ushauri hapa, wamesoma articles tu na sidhani kuna mtu hata mmoja hapa amefanya biashara; sasa kama ukiona hakuna tatizo (i am aware of patent issues and copyrights), tueleze ni biashara gani unataka kufanya alafu ndio tutaanzia hapo kukushauri!? you dont need to read any article at this very moment;

    Mkuu upo sahihi kwa kiwango fulani, lakini kama ungemsoma vizuri Dr. Mrimi ungejua kuwa hajui anachotaka kufanya kwa sasa, na ndio maana amekuja hapa jamvini. Na hataki aambiwe cha kufanya, bali anataka clues za namna ya kubuni huo mradi na vitu vya kuzingatia katika mchakato huo.

    Hapo kwenye red panaweza kuwa ni sahihi kabisa, bali hicho si kigezo cha kutokuwa na mawazo sahihi, kwani hata hizo article zilizosomwa mahali zinaweza kuwa na mchango mkubwa. Wengine walifundishwa huo ujasiriamali na maprofessor wasio na hata miradi ya kuku (kitu ambacho personally sikiungi mkono), but wamekuja kuwa wajasiriamali wakubwa na wenye mafanikio

    Tatizo letu tunadhani ujasiriamali ni kufanya biashara tu, jamani kuna Social Entrepreneurship. Kwa hiyo unaruhusiwa kutoka ndani ya box na kufikiria/kuangalia hayo mazingira ya huko kwa mapana yake, hata kwenye vitu vinavyoikwaza jamii ya huko. Tunaweza kugeuza matatizo/changamoto za jamii zikawa fursa, hivyo tukaisaidia jamii huku tukitengeneza pesa

    Mkuu mimi nahitaji kufanya mradi wa kuniongezea kipato badala ya kutegemea monthly salary. Kiukweli sina idea yoyote ya maana juu ya mradi/biashara gani nifanye. Kusema ninataka nifanye nini ni ngumu kwa kuwa, kwa muda mrefu nimekuwa nikitegemea wengine(masomoni). Kwa tafsiri nyepesi ni kwamba ndiyo sasa nataka kuanza. Nahitaji kusaidiwa nianze vipi na nini? Sijui kama nimeeleweka?
