It's a pity as yet you seem not to know what management is. Maybe you have been raised in an orphanage or a like institution. Were you raised in a "home" with a mother you'd definitely know who manages who and therefore the meaning of management wouldn't have escaped from your knowledge.

Polygamous isn't about how many you can manage it's simply how many can manage you.
