Nawakilisha.

The State Nuclear Energy Corporation Rosatom is strengthening its positions among the leading uranium producers. The "Atomredmetzoloto" Holding (ARMZ), which is the Rosatom enterprise, has acquired 100 percent of shares in the Australian Mantra Resources Limited Company, which owns a big uranium deposit in Tanzania.
The ARMZ Holding, which is among the 5 world leaders in terms of uranium extraction and which ranks second in the size of its raw material base, will pay more than one billion dollars to the Mantra Resources shareholders. This deal will enable the ARMZ holding to add the Tanzanian Mkuju River Deposit to its assets. The Mkuju River reserves are estimated at around 40,000 tons of uranium. There're plans to build a uranium-extracting enterprise as part of this project, which at its initial stage will extract 1,400 tons of raw materials annually. Besides the Mkuju River Deposit, the Australian company owns several areas of undiscovered deposits of uranium, which is regarded as a strategic resource, on the territories of Tanzania and Mozambique, and they are expected to prove promising enough.
The attractiveness of the Tanzanian deposit is in its low cost price of uranium extraction. The purchase of a package of shares in the Mantra Resources Limited Company will broaden the potential of the ARMZ Holding as one of the major supplier of uranium for the Russian nuclear industry. The economic benefits from this deal will be very high, the Editor-in-Chief of the portal Atomic-energy.ru Pavel Yakovlev said.
"As is known, projects in Africa, especially in Nigeria, Tanzania and Namibia are relatively cheap for development and economically effective. This purchase will enable the Russian ARMZ Holding to strengthen its international presence by developing not only the markets of Russia, Kazakhstan, Canada, and Australia, but also Africa's markets. We know that the former Soviet Union also had strategic interests in Africa. Now the ARMZ Holding has several projects in African countries. It is possible to say today that that the Russian Holding is on its way to the leading position. And very soon, thanks to the increasing demand for uranium in China and India, this will become clearly visible."
The purchasing of the assets of the Australian Mantra Resources Limited Company and the consolidation by the ARMZ Holding of the shares of the Vancouver-based uranium-extracting company Uranium One are two parallel processes. On December 14th, a decision was taken in Moscow to set up the Russia-Mongolia Joint Venture, Dornod Uranium. The basic investments in this project have reached 300 million dollars. Next year the Russia-Mongolia Joint Venture Dornod Uranium may begin uranium extraction on Mongolia's territory.
On Rosatom's plans is the further broadening of uranium extraction outside Russia. Big investments in the projects abroad as well as the extraction of uranium in Russia will enable the State Nuclear Energy Corporation Rosatom to become one of the key players on the world uranium market.(The Voice of Russia )Unaweza kuipata hapa pia New Uranium Mining Projects - Africa ,ARMZ Uranium Holding to Acquire 100% of Australian Company Mantra Resources)

Inavyoelekea madini yeshamilikishwa kipumbavu.

I hate this portion of the attached report. "As is known, projects in Africa, especially in Nigeria, Tanzania and Namibia are relatively cheap for development and economically effective." Hivi viongozi hawasomi haya?

Hivi hawa wanaosimamia serikali HAWAONI AIBU?
