    Mke wangu ni mwalimu wa shule ya msingi ambaye kwa muda mrefu amekuwa na wazo la kuanzisha biashara ya stationary hapa mjini Iringa. Chumba cha kufanyia hiyo biashara amepata nje ya geti la chuo kikuu kimojawapo kilichopo hapa iringa mjini kwa sh 50,000 kwa mwezi. Computer na printer amenunua tayari. Anataka akope benk milion 5 ili anunue photocopy mashine ya milion 1, na zingine ziwe mtaji wa kuanzia. Biashara itahusisha kutoa photocopy, typing and printing, na kuuza vifaa vingine kama madaftari, vitabu vya shule ya msingi, pen, nk. Lakini pia anategemea kuajiri mfanyakazi (msichana au mvulana) wa kuuza hili duka la stationaries. Kwa upande wangu mimi nimekuwa na wasiwasi juu ya uendeshaji na faida ya hiyo biashara hasa ukizingatia stationaries eneo hilo na Iringa kwa ujumla ni nyingi sana na mtaji ni mkopo. Tafadhalini sana wataalamu na wazoefu wa biashara mbalimbali ikiwemo stationaries nawaombeni ushauri wenu kuhusiana na mradi huu. Je, ni biashara nzuri au haina maslahi? Je ni mambo gani ayazingatie ili apate maslahi?

    Kwa maeneo ya chuo, hiyo ni biashara ya msimu, huchanganya sana wakati wa assigments, kama yupo anaweza kusoma alama za nyakati na kushusha bei kidogo anaweza kumudu upepo.
    Pia ahakikishe anauza bidhaa kwa bei ya chini kidogo, mfano, kalamu za Obama 2 kwa 300/- , photokopy 30/- kwa ukurasa, printing 80/- kwa ukurasa n.k.
    Awe tayari kupunguza faida. Kwa uzoefu wangu, wanaofanya hivyo hapo Iringa wanapata wateja wengi, wingi wa wateja unaashiria biashara inalipi.

    ¤Afanye haraka kwani wanunuaji wa huduma za stationary (hata bidhaa nyingine hapo mjini) ni wanafunzi wa mwaka wa kwanza, ambao watafungua muda si mrefu, wanaoendelea ni wajanja mno kwani wengi wana computer zao n.k.
    Ajitahidi kuwa karibu na Class Reprentations (C R's) ili kupata madesa ya kutoa nakala.
    ¤Ajitahidi kuwa na wahudumu wenye haiba ya kiushindani, wahudumu wengi wa mjini Iringa wanafanya kazi kwa mazoea, wana kauli mbaya n.k hawana dhana ya ubepari (capitalist mindset), hivyo kupelekea biashara nyingi kuyumba.
    ¤Ajitahidi kuajiri watoa huduma wenye uelewa juu ya kutumia vifaa kwa ufasaha, hususani computer, kwani watoa huduma wengi hawana uwezo kwa kuona na kurekebisha mapungufu madogo au kutoa ushauri.

    Ni b/ness nzuri akitulia inalipa sana tu,hasa kwenye copy hapo ndo kwenye faida ya stationary,nina uzoefu wakutosha kwa kazi hyo mwaka 2006 mpk 2009 nilikuwanazo 3 stationary maeneo ya pwani,ila nlishaachana nazo,muhimu atumie muda mwingi sana kuwa stationary asiwategemee wafanyakazi hao ndio huwa wanashusha b/ness mimi nlikuwa siku za jmos na j2 nlikuwa nakaa mwenyewe asbh mpk usiku,mauzo yanakuwa yakutosha lakini ukiacha wafanyakaz mmh kazi ipo wajua tz kila mtu mwizi,ila b/ness sio mbaya

    Mkuu pamoja na ushauri mzuri sana uliotoa naomba niongezee hapo kwenye red, biashara nyingi huwa zinakwama kutokana na lugha chafu.Huwa najiuliza kuna ugumu gani kumsalimia mteja ambaye anakuchangia,au kujibu maswali yake kama ana utata,kumuuliza kama ameridhika?Vilevile kushukuru baada ya kuwa amekuchangia au hata kama hakuchangia.Mteja mmoja anaweza kuwashawishi wengine kuja kununua kwako.KAULI bado ni tatizo sana, inaweza kuwa adui au rafiki mkubwa wa biashara yako
