    Correct timing to drink water, will maximize its effectiveness on the Human body.

    Two (02) glass of water - After waking up - Helps activate internal organ
    One (01) glasses of water - 30 minutes before meal - Help digestion
    One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure
    One (01) glass of water - Before sleep - To avoid stroke or heart attack

    jamani mie huwa napenda sana kunywa maji kila nikiamka lakini kila nikijaribu nayatapika yote harafu nakuwa mgonjwa kabisa

    Anza kunywa kiasi kidogo kidogo kwanza mpaka uzoee ndio unywe hizo glass zinazotakiwa. Kwa asubuhi baada ya kuamka, maji vuguvugu ni mazuri zaidi-kabla ya kupiga mswaki

    huwa unafanya mazoezi kila siku au? ni vizuri ukajenga tabia ya kufanya mazoeziatleast mara 5 kwa wiki na baada hapo nina huakika mwili wako utaweza kuchukua glass mbili za maji ukiamka kabla ya kitu chochote.na usinywe ya baridi sana.


    na nasikia si vizuri kunywa maji wakati wa kula inakuwa inaingilia digestion ya chakula.unaweza kunywa maji nusu saa baada kula chakula kama ni lazima sana basi kunywa kidogo mno wakati wa kula.

    bht, kula vitu vya kukutia kiu kama vile mihogo, viazi vitamu, korosho, karanga, yaani vile vitu ambavyo ukila tu kidogo unasikia kiu ya kunywa maji.
    Unaweza ukaweka ndimu kwenye maji yako kuyapa ladha kidogo.
