    Naomba msaada wa kisheria. Kuna jamaa yangu kapewa barua ya kusimamishwa kazi bila kupewa maelezo ya mashtaka yaani charges zake! Barua inasema mashtaka yake atatumiwa hivi karibuni. Utaratibu ukoje? Je ni halali kisheria kwa yaliyotokea?

    tafuta lawyer, ila awe lawyer mzuri na wewe uwe na kitita kizuri cha pesa..utampa nyingi na mwishoni yeye atashinda kesi kwaajili yako nawe zitarudi..ukitafuta lawyer uchwara atakuzunguka chenga ya kisigino, anakula kote kota, kwako anakula na kwa adversary wako anakula...hapo sasa...bongo hii..

    guys hakna principles of natural justice ktk procedural stages eg.km kna uchunguz unafanyka na km kujua kwako allegation ktatia doa uchunguzi, narud on the other side km unahc umeonewa nenda labour ofc au mediation n' arbitration sio mahakaman direct mana labour cases zmetengwa.
