Egypt Hotel Sued For Girl Pregnant from Pool A Polish mother, unwilling to believe her 13-year-old daughter could have had sex whilst on holiday in Egypt, is suing a hotel for stray sperm in their swimming pool, which apparently impregnated the girl. Magdalena Kwiatkowska was staying at a hotel in Cairo with her daughter when the alleged incident happened. The girl, who maintains she didn't have any sexual contact whilst on holiday, could be brought to court to hear her testimony. A travel industry source said: "The mother is adamant that her daughter didn't meet any boys while she was there and is determined to go ahead with the case," reported the Metro paper. The mother's explanation: that male sperm managed to survive in the hotel pool long enough to get her daughter up the duff, is unlikely. For a start, there is no explanation as to why sperm would be in the pool in the first place. More importantly though, the chlorine concentration in the pool should have killed any sperm entering the water, leaving a pretty ‘watertight' defence for the hotel. It was bizarre incidents like this, which demoted Poland to the 22nd place in Expedia's Best Tourist Global Index, which came out last week. The index measured how well tourists behaved abroad along with their likelihood to complain and how well they observed local custom. Polish tourists fared badly, but not as poorly as the French, who were voted Europe's worst tourists. British travellers on holiday in the party towns of Spain, Cyprus and Greece such as Ibiza, Ayia Napa and Faliraki got a bad reputation but managed to still come second overall for the world's best tourists.
