Mtazamo wangu: Walimu wa diploma ni bora kuliko ambao hawajapitia diploma wakapata degree

Mnajifariji tu nyie. Na hiyo ni dalili ya KUTOJIAMINI. Mimi hapa nazidi kujiuliza hawa wanaoitwa walimu wa diploma sion ndio kwa miaka mingi wamekuwa wakifundisha shule za serikali zikiwemo za kata, si ndio tuneshuhudia miaka hadi miaka watu wakifeli sana na elimu ikishuka siku hadi siku. Ukiwauliza wanasema serikali haiwajali, lakini ukiwauliza ni field ipi ambayo serikali inawajali sana wanabaki kumung'unya maneno tu. Mimi bado naamini walimu wengi wa diploma ni vilaza sababu wengi wameenda huko baada ya kushindwa kuendelea na chuo kikuu. Afadhali miaka hii ya karibuni hata wenye matokeo ya kawaida sana wanaweza wakasoma vyuo vikuu baada ya vyuo vingi kuanzishwa.

Mimi huwa nawaona vijana wengi wanapojazana kwenye wizara fulani kuomba kusaidiwa kupata nafasi ya kusoma diploma, huwa najiuliza hawa wenye matokeo haya na wanaofosi kusaidiwa wanaweza kuwa walimu wazuri.

Bado naamini walimu hawa hawa ndion wamesababisha hata fani nyingine zimeharibika kwa sababu wanafunzi wanapoingia vyuo wahadhiri wanapata tabu , sababu kubwa hawakuandaliwa vizuri huko shule za msingi na sekondari.
 
oooh mtazamo wako,walimu waliopitia diploma waliowengi ni wale ambao ufaulu wao f6 haukuwapa fursa ya kwenda university direct,thus kubali kwamba pass zao zipo chini,kinachowasaidia mara nying university ni kwamba baadhi ya kozi ni marudio kama teaching methodologies ,psychology nk sioni tofauti na pre entry programme na ndio maana inawezekana utafiti wako wenye walakini unakupatia mtazamo huo.Ninaushahidi wa walimu wa diploma /degree ambao wapo shalow na diploma/degree vipanga lkn degree holder ni wazuri sana ingawa ni material oriented kama binadamu yeyote,mind you watanzania wengi wamefundishwa na ni diploma holders na ndio maana waliowengi wanafikiri ndani ya box na siyo nje ya box.waoga kama ........Take note.
 
Nimekuwa kwenye fani ya ualimu kwa muda mrefu sasa, moja ya vitu nilivyogundua (baada ya research) ni kuwa walimu wazuri ni wale waliosomea diploma ya ualimu, wakaenda makazini, au makazini then chuo kikuu. Sababu ni
1. Wanajua teaching strategies zaidi ya ambao wameunganisha chuo kikuu.
2. Wanajituma kazini zaidi
3. Wanajua matumizi ya lugha nyepesi na inayoeleweka kwa wanafunzi.
4. Wana manage discipline ya darasa vyema
5. Wanapenda kujifunza mambo mapya

Analysis yako ni mbovu sana, aisee kumbe ukiwa mwalimu wa diploma unakuwa una discipline sana, kujituma na kujifunza mapya.

Wale walimu wad diploma wanaotembea na wanafunzi wao na kufikia kuwapa mimba inakuwaje, au ndio nidhamu ile. Kujituma gani huko. Ninachojua wanabidii ya kuanzisha tuition ndani ya shule wanazofundihsha na kuzipa jina la REMEDIAL CLASSES.
 
Among other causes of form IV bad results is believed to be the teachers' incompetence.According to Education and Training Policy of URT(1995),holders of diploma of education teachers are expected to teach in forms 1-2,while graduate teachers ought to teach in forms 3-6.The situation is different in our schools as many diploma holders teach form 1-4!If the nation has failed to meet this demand it better change the policy.It is 17 years now since this target was set and yet not attained.Diploma teachers fits forms 1-2 that is reality.Why then if better than graduate teachers not trusted to teach higher forms by the same government they are praising and still condemning and labelling their fellow daring graduates as activists and politicians?

-Huku kuchezea muda ambao mwanafunzi anapaswa kuwa chuoni pia ni kuchezea diploma.
-Tatizo la vyuo vikuu ni kuwa wameelemewa na wanafunzi, unmotivated lecturers etc. Huwezi kutegemea anything good kutoka mfumo huu lipualipua uliopo sasa.

Kama kweli ugraduate pasikupita Diploma ndio huu, pasina shaka kuna tatizo Kubwa kwa walim wetu wa sampuli hii. Mtoa uzi halinganishi mwl. Wa Diploma na mwl graduate aliye tokamoja kwa moja form six, bali mwl aliye graduate lakini alipitia Diploma. Kufèli ni pa1 na kutoelewa s.
