    kazini kwetu kuna mama mmoja wa kiganda, anafanya kazi nasi kama marketing manager...ila ana mambo ya ''kiswahili'', majungu, fitina, na kampeni za kutaka kusababisha wote tuliopo tuachishwe kazi ili afanye kazi na watu wake... mahusiano yetu na boss wetu yamekuwa tofauti na zamani kabla hajaja, boss sasa haambiwi wala hasikii, na huyo mama anataka u-general manager kinguvu, na anataka atawale watu wote kazini... tufanyaje??

    Be proffesional.. Officialy you should put somtihing in writing kama memo kwake au kwa bosi mkubwa.
    kidiplomasia unaweza kumunadikia kama ana suggestion yeyote anaweza kukupa ushauri ili uongeze performance yako au muombe akusaidie uchapaji kazi wako so muulize akupe advice anakuona una udhaifu gani kitendaji. Usiandike kiasi akajua kuwa umeshamjua muandikie kama bosi na rafiki.

    katika informal communication mnazfanya unaweza kumfikishia ujumbe huu yeye au boss na ujue response yao ili ujue way foward.

    Matatizo mengi kwenye ofisi yanatokea sababu ya broken official communication channel kati ya wahusika. Ukijaribu kutatua informaly kwa informal communication hutafanikiwa.

    Always mambo yanayoongewa kwa mdomo hayana kumbukumbu au hayatambuliki kiofisi/kisheria
