    zikawa nzuri na wakat wa kula unaweza kuifyonza tambi moja mwanzo mwisho kama tuonavyo kwenye matangazo

    1.Hatua ya kwanza unakata tambi kwa ukubwa unaotaka kama unataka kushika moja moja unakata mara tatu.
    2. unachemsha maji jikoni yakichemka unatia chumvi halafu unatia tambi zako.
    3. unazichemsha kwa muda wa dakika kumi na tano ziive zisirojeke sana, unamwaga yale maji unaacha tambi zenyewe, hakikisha umemwaga maji yote.
    4.Baada ya kumwaga maji unatia mafuta kiasi unachopenda unachanganya tambi na mafuta unaacha ichemke kwa dakika kumi hakikisha wakati zinaiva na mafuta moto wako uwe mdogo , Wengine hupendelea kuweka blueband badala ya mafuta inategemea wewe unapenda nini.
    5. Baada ya hapo zitakuwa tayai kwa kuliwa.

    The SIMPLEST n BEST way out of that dilema is to GET MARRIED...
    Au jaribu ile ya kuzikaanga (for lack of a better word) ile kabla hujaweka maji. Kama vile unapika zile za sukari.
    Yani weka mafuta kidogo kwenye sufuria..then tia ndani tambi zako kama unavokaangaga kitunguu (mimi hupendelea kuzikata mara mbili)...zitabadilika rangi na kuwa brown..then tia maji na chumvi kiasi. Uzur wa hii koz zipo sufurian tayar unaeza kukadiria maji kiurahisi zadi.
    But as i said before...ukioa utashangaa tambi zako zenyeewe zinanyonyka mpaka mwisho. Au kwenye adverts uliona mwanaume akipika??! Lol ;-)

    Kuna tambi flani nyembamba kama mchele, tamu sana. Nazo unakaanga kidogo then unataia maji kidogo. Joyceline, mimi huchemsha na mafuta pia kwenye maji (kama sijazikaanga). Baada ya kuchuja maji, naweka cheese kiduuchu

    Recipe ya kivivu hii hapa.
    kaanga kitunguu na nyama iliyochemshwa kiwe brown,Weka spices (binzari kidogo)
    tia nyanya zipikwe hadi ziive kabisa.
    tia tambi, zikoroge kidogo then tia maji ya moto kiasi cha kufunika tambi
    zisipoiva ongeza maji kidogo. Angalia maji yasizidi. Baada ya kuiva, weka karoti zilizokatwakatwa, majani ya vitunguu na hoho. Changanya kisha serve (wakati karoti na hoho bado crunchy)

    Unapata msosi full suti, nusu saa inatosha kwa upishi huu.

    Bwana weeh, mie nazitumia ila nasahau jina kila siku! Nikiagiza nasema zile tambi nyembambaaaaaaaaaa, naeleweka hehehe. Inakuwa kama a bag of cookies, nikumbushe nikichungulia jikoni nikupe jina kamili. Pakiti imeandikwa kiarabu na ina green background na white letters sehemu ya kati.
    Nyama ya kusaga haifai wavivu, manake mie hupenda kuikausha kwanza ikiwa na spices, kisha kuunga pembeni ndo nichanganyie na tambi zilizochemshwa.

    Okay, Benvenuto! (karibu, kiitaliano). Nitakufundisha mimi, twisheni pia ipo.

    Ni hivi; Tambi ama Spaghetti kwa kiingereza, ni aina mojawapo ya vyakula vitokanavyo na ngano kundi la Pasta. Hivyo pasta zipo nyingi ikiwemo tambi zenyewe/Spaghetti, zingine ni fusil, penne, ravioli, tagliatelle, macharonne na nyingine nyingi tofauti tofauti zaidi ya mia moja.

    Zipo pia pasta maalumu kwa ajili ya supu tu, kwa kawaida huwa ni ndogondogo wakati mwingine karibia na mchele. Pasta zote zikiwemo tambi au spaghetti zinaweza kuwa ni kavu (zile zilizopo dukani) ambazo mara nyingi hutengenezwa viwandani na pia zinaweza kuwa fresh (yaani unatengeneza mwenyewe na kuzipika papo hapo), karibu aina zote za pasta zinaweza kuandaliwa na kupikwa zikiwa fresh. Hata tambi zipo fresh, Mi kwa ujumla hupendelea pasta fresh kwa sababu zinaradha ya aina yake nzuri tofauti na zile za dukani. Kama hujawahi hili unaweza usinielewe.

    Tambi au pasta karibu zote zinaweza kuwa za rangi pia, unaweza kutengeneza za blue, za kijani, nyekundu, za brown na kadharika na kadharika. Mhimu ni utumie natural coloring agents (usitumie rangi za viwandani sababu zina kemikali, ni tetesi lakini). Kama unataka za kijani kwa mfano, wakati unaandaa unga wa ngano tayari kwa kukandwa kuandaliwa kuwa pasta, ongeza kiasi kidogo cha mchicha uliochemshwa kidogo na kusagwa unga baada ya kuchujwa maji. Mwisho utapata pasta au tambi za rangi ya kijani.

    Nimesema twisheni ipo, sasa nisije sababisha usirequest twisheni bure...........

    Namna ya Kuchemsha tambi:
    Bado kuna mkanganyiko wa juu ni wapi tambi au chakula jamii ya pasta kiligunduliwa kwa mara ya kwanza, baadhi ya wanataaluma wanadai ni China ndiko pasta ziligunduliwa na wengine wanadai ni Italia ndiko ziligunduliwa. Bali inajulikana kote duniani kuwa ukienda nchi yeyote ukakuta mgahwa au hotel ya kiitalia (Italian hotel/restaurants), usipokuta tambi au pasta, basi hapo siyo penyewe!.

    Kwa mjibu wa kitabu cha Paolo Urbani alichoshirikiana na Silvano Rodato kiitwacho Laboratorio di Cucina ukurasa wa 190:


    • Tambi au pasta hupikwa katika maji mengi ya kutosha yaliyochemka kufikia nyuzi joto 100, yaani yamechemka.
    • Uwiano ni maji lita 10 kwa kila kilo 1 ya pasta/tambi.
    • Kamwe usijejaribu kuongeza maji ya baribi ndani ya maji hayo ya moto yanayoendelea kuchemka ya tambi au kuzinyunyiza tambi/pasta maji ya baridi baada ya kuzichuja toka maji moto kwa madai kuzisimamisha zisiendele kuiva.
    • Pasta/tambi ni chakula kinachopikwa na kuandaliwa katika hali ya haraka na kutokusimama kushangaa chochote, unapotumbukiza tambi unatakiwa ujihakikishie kuwa huna kazi nyingine itakayokufanya upunguze moto au umsubiri fulani, inatakiwa unaona wote wamekaa mezani ndo unatumbukiza tambi kwenye maji. Mara nyingi waitaliano wengi wanapokuwa njiani kurudi majumbani mwao wanapokaribia na kukunja kona ya mwisho kuingia mtaani kwao huwapigia simu waume au wake zao watumbukize tambi/pasta kwenye maji (buta la pasta!).
    • Mhimu kuliko yote ni kuwa hadi mwishoni mwa kuchemka na hadi kuungwa kwa pasta zako, ni lazima uhakikishe zinabaki bado ni ngumungumu kidogo yaani zinasikika katika meno, kama ni wali unasema bado una kiini (al dente!).

    Okay hatua za kuchemsha tambi;
    Mahitaji:

    • Tambi kilo 1
    • Maji yaliyochemka lita 10
    • Chumvi ya jikoni gramu 100
    • Mafuta ya kupika (vizuri kama unapata ya zeituni) robo kikombe
    MHIMU SANA: Tafadhari tambi haziongezwi sukari kwa sababu yeyote ile.

    Namna ya kupika:

    • Tumbukiza tambi zako kwenye maji yaliyochemka vya kutosha yenye chumvi na mafuta ya kupikia. MHIMU, USIZIVUNJE HATA MARA 1 TAMBI IWE KABLA AU UNAPOCHEMSHA!!!, tambi zichemshwe kwa urefu wake wa asili, hii ndiyo sababu uma (fork) ndio hutumika kulia tambi na siyo kijiko wala mkono!!!, unachomeka uma, unazungusha kupata kifundo cha tambi utakazoweza kuzimeza, unatumbukiza mdomoni.
    • Unatakiwa kuzikoroga mara kwa mara kwa kutumia uma mkubwa mrefu, iweleke ninaposema mara kwa mara haina mana basi mtu ashike kiuno na asimame hapo akikoroga tambi kama anakoroga uji wa ugali, unakoroga dakika 2 au 3 unapumzika kisha unarudia tena.
    • Unatakiwa kuzionja moja moja kila mara ili kuvizia zinapoanza kukaribia kuiva uzitoe haraka, usipofanya hivyo lazima utapoteza point, pale unapotaka kujuwa kama tayari zimeiva kumbe ziliiva kitambo kwa sababu we ulikuwa huonjihuonji kabla ili kuzivizia.
    • Kisha kukaribia kuiva tambi huchujwa toka katika maji na kuziunganisha na sauce (sosi) ambayo umeamua kuitumia kuungia tambi zako siku hiyo. Kwa kawaida sosi huandaliwa kabla ya kuchemsha pasta, au huku unaandaa sosi huku maji ya tambi yanachemka. Zipo Sosi (pasta sauce) zaidi ya 100, kila sosi ina jina lake na mahitaji yake maalumu, kadri unavyobadilisha aina ya sosi ndivyo na jina la tambi au pasta uliyopika linavyobadilika. Kwa uchache kuna sosi ya nyanya (tomato sauce), sosi nyeupe (white sauce, hii maziwa hutumia zaidi), sosi ya nyama ya kusaga (bolognaise sauce/minced meat sauce), Fish ragu', amatriciana, alla romana. alio-olio-peperoncino, na kadharika na kadharika.
    • Mifuko mingi ya pasta/tambi huandikwa kabisa dakika za kuchemshwa ubavuni mwake tangu kiwandani.

    Nikuchagulie pishi moja la tambi litakalokuduwaza?

    1. Weka sufuria jikoni, weka mafuta na ukaange vitunguu maji vikifatiwa na vitunguu swaumu
    2. Baada ya hapo, chukua nyama yako ya kusaga na uitie kwenye sufuria yenye vitunguu vyote.
    3. Kisha tia tangawizi kwenye nyama huku unaendelea kuikaanga, baadae tia nyanya, hoho na karoti
    4. Ipua na uweke pembeni
    5. Chukua sufuria nyingine, weka maji na uibandike jikoni mpaka maji yachemke
    6. Maji yakisha chemka, weka chumvi kiasi na uzitie tambi zako
    7. Ukiona zimelainika kiasi, yachuje maji yoote na tambi zibaki kavu.
    8. Chukua ule mchanganyiko wako wa viungo na tia tambi zako na uziache jikoni kwa dakika 5 hivi..
    9. Hapo zitakuwa tayari kwa kuliwa...
