    Ndugu zangu, nina ndugu yangu ana umri wa miaka 30 na urefu wake ni kama ft 6.3 hivi, ila kwa hakika ni mnene ambao ameuchoka na unamkera sana, hasa tumbo... na kwa sasa ana kg 70 hivi, unene unamkera sana na ameshajaribu diet chache tofauti, hasa zile za kahawa, mbogamboga , matunda, yai na dried nyama... hii imemuwea ngumu kumalizia kwa sababu ya gharama yake na kupenda kula vyakula vya kiasili kabisa, kama wali chipsi , ugali, samaki

    wana ndugu, hakuna simple diet ambayo naweza kumshauri(kutokea kwenu) ili aweze kupungua kidogo kidogo? si lazima ile ya faster sana? (ile yandani ya wiki mbili)
    Mazoezi anafanya sometimes.

    BMR=WEIGHT/HEIGHT(M)2

    bmr=70/(1.92)2=19

    ACCORDING TO WHO AND UNICEF JAMAA YUPO OK,UNLESS KAMA UMEKOSEA MEASUREMENTS ZAKE.

    ANYWAY MWAMBIE AKUPE VIPIMO VYAKE THEN NIMFANYIE CALCULATION ILI NIJUE STANDARD WEIGHT ANAYOTAKIWA KUWA NAYO NI NGAPI. HIYO ITAMSAIDIA KUJUA ANATAKIWA APUNGUZE HOW MANY KG.

    BmI ISIPUNGUE 18.5 na isizidi 24.5. beyond hii then ndo wanasema kuwa ni overweight,then obesity type one,two,three.

    Iwapo yeye anahisi kuwa yu mzito kuliko anavyotakiwa kuwa yaani anajihisi kulemewa na uzito wake basi ana tatizo la ziada. aende kwa tabibu, ila sio wale wa kutazamia bali wale wa kutibu. vinginevyo afunge -fasting- at least two dys a week. na inapendeza ikawa ni J'tatu na A'misi.

    aisee huyo ndugu yako mbona amekonda sana, yaani urefu futi 6.3 na uzito kg 70 mbona huyo ni mwembamba tu, labda kama umekosea katika hizo data.
